Had a wonderful experience with Chris Sullivan of Comfort Concepts! He was on time, super professional, educated me on a LOT about our unit and some cost efficient ways we can improve our air intake throughout the house without breaking the bank. We just signed up for the twice a year heating and cooling tune up service and I’m very happy so far with our first experience with them!
We will definitely recommend Comfort Concepts to everyone!! Such a great experience! Our AC unit was not cooling properly and unable to keep up. We were extremely low on Freon. The heat index outside was around 107 so not an ideal situation. One of the owners Chris came highly recommended. My husband called him that evening around 6pm and he offered to come right out. Since the outside was starting to cool down my husband decided to schedule for the next day. His office called us a little while later to schedule. The next day close to our scheduled time Chris (one of the owners) called to confirm and keep us in the loop as to when they would arrive. As promised not only did our technician Chris Slayton (who was terrific and thorough) but Chris (one of the owners) came out as well! He was very professional explained all our options up front, quickly found the issue, and completed in a quick and efficient manner. We did have a couple of issues and asked for an estimate. In less than hour after they left we received the estimates via email. We have already accepted the estimate and look forward to working with them!! Extremely professional and great customer service!!
They are the best HVAC company in Arkansas hands down. They are always quick to help if our system needs looked at! We bought a Rheem system and it has been really doing great throughout the 1.5 summers we have had it. Would recommend them to everyone!
Our heat went out right before Christmas and right before single digit temperatures. They went above and beyond to get us a new until before the bad weather came. They have been wonderful to us
No work was ever done. Warranty company sent them to me. The contractor advised me he thought the unit was stopped up, and would be a major problem. My unit is 3 or 4 years old. He didn’t know what else it could be.They would get the warranty company to authorize, order the parts, and they would call and let me know when they were returning to repair. I called several times with no return call, and finally called the warranty company. They were never contacted about the problem and had never authorized any parts for Comfort Concepts. This was two weeks out. I again called the company, and he said they lost the pics required by the warranty company, and would come back the next day to get new pictures. This is 4 days later, and I still haven’t heard from them. The warranty company has assigned a new company, yet I am nearly 3 weeks out from reporting the problem. I would never use this company again. Complete waste of time.
do not return calls. went without air for 6 weeks on a warranty claim. they kept pawni g me off on warranty company. they in turn were yelling me to call Co.fort conceps. finally wattanty company traced the part we were waiti g for part had beenwithcomfort coceps for a month! edit...The owner responded they have nocontract for my name. That is because my disabled brother lives at this house since our moms death in Jan. his disability is the result of several strokes suffered when he was 15. the property is u der the name James Gilliland.now 8 weeks with air for 4 days. tbey will not return calls and we paid them wy00 for a unit that is still not fixex! going to BBB and 7 on your side. as well az waiting for my lWyer to call me back
