Comfort Concepts

Comfort Concepts came and performed work on our AC unit last week. Upon our first call with them we were having issues with the cooling system and they scheduled an appointment to come and take a look. They were on time and very courteous. I was very pleased with how they walked us through the issues we were having and offered us a way to fix it. The customer service is un matched and we are now life time customers. Thank you to coming out to fix our AC for a reasonable price and addressing all of our concerns that we had.

If I could have given zero stars, I would've.

We didn't chose to work with this company for AC repair. They were assigned to us through our Home Warranty. Knowing what I know now, I'd have tried to get a different company assigned to our claim.

When calling to schedule service, owner Chris either would not answer his phone or would say call the office manager, who also either wouldn't answer or would say she needed to call Chris and call us back - then she would never call back.

While customer service is a plus when received, our main issue with this company is that we were receiving services through a home warranty claim and when we discussed what services and materials our home warranty would cover, they told us one thing, then when talking to the home warranty partners, they discussed another thing. This discrepancy about the services to be provided and material needed will have cost us upwards of $1600 by the end of it.

I've made several attempts to call Chris to get clarification on what services would actually be covered, and he will not pick up the phone.

Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Chris just left my home after repairing my AC unit. He was on time, quick to spot the problem and fix it and even got my unit running better than it was before. Very knowledgeable about his trade! I would highly recommend him and his company and I will be contacting him again if I have any issues out of my unit. By far the best HVAC company I have dealt with!

My mother lives in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Comfort Concepts did a winterize check on her unit, she is very pleased with the personnel and the work. This is our first time using this company.

I thought I could trust positive reviews on this company, but they get a minus zero from me. Definitely not quality customer service.

Follow up to initial review: Since Comfort Concepts assured me the repairs would not be covered by the warranty, a 2nd opinion contractor was sent. The repairs were made by replacement of a part regulating the gas flow and all charges were covered by the warranty company. I didn't have to pay anything!

I had to have me all in one heat and air unit replaced and they were quick to come out, give me an estimate and it was installed the same week. They took care of all the installation including to changing out of the plug because the new unit had a different plug. I never felt pushed and my satisfaction was their #1 goal. Great company to work with to say the least!

Comfort Concepts are top notch and know what they are talking about. They did not disappoint at all. They went above and beyond for us and our home, and cared as if it was their own home. The communication was amazing and the install took no time! Highly recommend them and will definitely be doing service with them for now on! Couldn’t be happier!

Highly recommend these guys! Chris came out and serviced both of my a/c units. Showed up promptly, very thorough and explained everything. He is the best! If you need an HVAC company to depend on this is who you need to call. I know I will be calling them again!

"The technician arrived within 1 hour of when I made the appointment at 5 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon. He topped us off with freon and had cold air blowing in less than 10 minutes. Price was cheaper than another company charged us last summer for the same service. (during regular business hours). Everyone I dealt with was super polite and professional. Top notch outfit!".

The tech was friendly and professional. He did a great job.
