The two main guys, Matt & Diego, were very nice to work with. They are very trust worthy fellows. My wife and I felt at ease with them during the whole installation process. They kept things clean and were mindful of covering areas that would get dirty from the work being performed. They notified us when they were going to make excessive noise, coming or going from the house, and keeping us updated of the installation progress. The work was completed on time and it all went smoothly. I highly recommend this company and its people.

Upon the arrival of Mr. Lam Tram he was very courteous, kind And eager to get the job done. As he completed inspecting each heater and replacing the air filters in each unit he would always keep me apprised of what was going on. Upon inspection he determined that certain parts of my heaters need to be replaced at the upcoming future which I was very grateful that he did. I agreed to have these items replace virtually saving me thousands of dollars on a replacement unit. His excellent work exceeded my expectations and I'm looking forward to working with this individual again and again and again.

Wonderful experience working with Mr. Lam Tran. He is very helpful and trustworthy as he clearly explained all the details and make sure they are understood. I planned to get quotes from different contactors but decided to go with AH&A right after meeting Mr. Lam, our first quotation. Thank you very much so making this process such a pleasant experience.

Lam Tran came both times to my house and first fixed my A/C. He was so kind and we talked about his country Vietnam. Then the second time he came to my house, he fixed my heater FOR FREE! Associated Heating & Air are great. Courteous. Professional. Alfonso has worked on our unit and treats us with the upmost respect and care. Also, there was another tech that helped us air-pressure the exhaust drip line out (it was old... apparently when a new unit was installed, the line was existing and wasnt cleaned out... make sure you do that/check that). That tech was extremely informative. Hopefully Associated has reads this and looks up the name of that tech. WE HIGHLY recommend their techs and company.

Alan did a great job. The heating system annual maintenance was very thorough. He remembered the system from last year and I remembered how good he did then. He went beyond last year’s inspection with a more detailed inspection this year I believe because the system is now over 5 years old. I hope he the service person who comes for the next scheduled maintenance of my system. 😁

Found Associated Heating & Air through Costco. Saw their review on Yelp and Google with good comments. Made an appointment and Tony C showed up on time. We had much laughters but Tony gave me straight and honest answers. Pricing was reasonable and my minor request for free additional upgrade was given with minimal negotiation. Even though the final cost is a big chunk of mula, I'm very delighted to have Tony and AHA as my HVAC/furnace contractor! It was the Tony factor that made it quite simple for me to decide to go with AHA.

Our furnace was just installed by Mathew. Mathew was professional, courteous and efficient. He also explained everything he was doing step by step. Mathew cleaned up after the installation and made sure the furnace was working propery brfore he left.

Lam was great! He was very professional and friendly, and outlined the costs of everything very well. We had to do a last minute additional repair which he was able to take care of right then and there. Lam went the extra mile to make sure everything was done and taken care of properly. I have used this company for many years for my A/C and heater repair and maintenance, and have always been very pleased with their service!

This was my second tune-up with this company. This was the company that installed my NEW system so I felt confident using them for my annual service.
Last year the service technician was nice but he performed a horrible service. He did not even look at the filters. So, I was very nervous about this year service. However, I was relieved to see a different technician. Alan was on time, very attentive, checked everything including the filters, washed the coals and answered all my concerns. His professionalism was outstanding. I do hope Alan returns for my February tune up.
