Associated Heating & Air

During the first cool night of the fall season I expected my heat to kick on but instead the A/C kicked on and the house got colder. This was the result of my attempt to replace the thermostat myself over the summer when the old one died. Tam, from Associated Heating & Air came out, troubleshooted the thermostat and figured out that it needed to be programed differently specific to my 2 stage HVAC system. He got everything worked out and thoroughly tested the entire system to make sure everything was working as designed. He also identified that our ducts were very dirty and AH&A will be back out this week to clean them. Totally satisfied with the response and quality of work. I will definitely continue to recommend Associated Heating & Air.

Alonso is very professional and knowledgeable about the heating and air conditioning system. I am very satisfied with his service done to the heating system. I highly recommends Alonso, he is friendly and professional. 👍

Alan was on time, professional, and knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions! He wore a mask and put on boot covers. Associated Heating & Air installed my Lennox air conditioner in 2016, and they are the only ones that I trust to service my heating and air conditioning needs!

Ethan and Alan came to my rescue when my air conditioning system stopped working during hot (97 degrees) days. I have sold my house and was in the middle of packing. This was on Wednesday late afternoon and the last day in my house is next Tuesday. They went above and beyond obtaining the necessary parts and were at my house a little after 9:00 a.m. this morning, Thursday, installing the parts. In a short time, the air conditioning unit was up and running. Can't describe how glad I am that they were able to complete the job so quickly and efficiently.

The install team including Sergio and another young man(sorry cannot recall his name) were very professional and considerate. The job went like clockwork and they finished on time. They kept the area cleaned up and left the home without any mess.
I had some trouble with personalized settings on the S30 thermostat. Sergio came back and worked with me until the kinks were worked out. Again very professional, respectful and patient.
I recommend the company based upon my experience with the install and follow up.
I do not want to forget the sales person, John Norton. He also was clear, professional and straightforward with his layout fo the job that was to be done.

Our AC/heat system was installed a few months ago. Alvaro and his team were great! Very considerate and prompt. They arrived on time, explained the installation process, were clean and put down floor coverings, finished daily within the agreed time and overall the installation was completed as promised. There have been NO issues with the cooling system, we haven’t used the heat yet, but I would expect the same. We also had an electrical panel upgrade which was done by their outside contractor. Everything passed the state and city permit inspections without any problems.

Not any reflection on Alvaro and his team, but the company had a couple reps stop by during the installation process who entered my home without announcing themselves and it was a bit of a startling moment, but turned out fine.

The total time seemed long since we had to wait for state and city inspections which took several weeks. Again, NOT a reflection of the installers.

I used this company through Costco. They installed a new furnace and AC for me which I was happy with.

The Honeywell thermostat they sold me fried after four years. Even though it is under warranty for five years, they wouldn't honor that warranty. They push hard for you to be on their service plan... don't do it. They don't stand behind any of their work unless you are on their service plan.

Because it has been getting down in the 40s at night I had them install a new thermostat rather than freeze for a night or two. They charged me $518... for a thermostat install! The thermostat is a Honeywell 5000 that can be purchased at Target for $67. It's not even programmable like my previous one.

I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to overpay. I will never use them again. I am going to Home Depot or Lowes tomorrow to get a better thermostat and install it myself.
