I want to start by the wonderful women that got the whole job rolling for us here. Katie is top notch and will direct all your needs no matter what it is. She is very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction. It really seems like they have a great team effort over at Desert tech. Our old AC made so much noise it would literally wake a bear during hibernation. I do understand the times we are in and we where on a budget for this AC project before the sweltering heat came this year. Install was done and I absolutely know for a fact the bear will not wake up now. So freakin quiet and works perfectly. Again we would like to thank Katie and the whole team at Desert tech. Pure professionalism from them all.

We started using Desert Tech for general maintenance of our furnace/HVAC system in Palm Springs. At first they seemed great, and their technician Robert has always been great (this review has nothing to do with him), but the last few times I've had to reach out to them the front desk person, Katie has been so rude and even hung up on me twice. It got to the point where I would get nervous to even call there not knowing how the conversation would go. The first time the conflict arose I spoke with the answering service that told me they would send someone out the same day. I called about 4 hours later to follow-up and Katie answered. She was very rude saying no one was available and she had been in meetings all day and hung up on me before saying goodbye or really even resolving anything for me. I immediately called back to see where the break in communication was since I was expecting someone to show up that day and she told me the answering service should have never told me that someone would come out and she would see what she could do. She did get someone to come out the following day, but I was left feeling like this was my fault somehow and I was really putting her out. The second time was a conflict with my latest bill which should have just been a quick and easy conversation, but she turned it around on me, got very short with me and hung up on me again! I was so upset after that call that we decided to cancel our annual maintenance with them and move companies. I have never dealt with a customer service representative that is so unprofessional and unapologetically rude.

He will design and provide you with a system that will not only save you money and perform beyond your expectations but be competitively priced. His crew is phenomenal and they are easily in a class all their own. Tony and Ernesto were meticulously thorough, protected our home and left things clean. These guys were professional, pleasant and safety minded. We could not be more pleased with their work and thoughtful handling of the installation and our home. Katie, who handles the office details, is another example of the high caliber people working at Desert Tech. Friendly with amazing follow up. Desert Tech is the best HVAC specialist in the area.

Not only are they knowledgeable in HVAC systems, which is essential, but even more important they treated me with genuine care and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. In my case, I had Desert Tech install a home A/C unit as well as a furnace. They will ask you what it is you are looking to accomplish with your new A/C and/or furnace to meet not only your needs but recommend options that will meet your budget requirements.
