Buyer Beware!

Invoiced 400% as a material markup and charged for two hours when their technician was there for 22 minutes!

When challenging the invoice the owner responds "I shall therefore in turn respond with a civil action, in order to pursue slander charges and malicious law suit fees"

That's not customer service by my standards!
