My regular AC servicing firm tried to persuade me that I required a brand-new system and that fixing a single component wouldn't be financially wise. To get an estimate on a new unit to compare, I called SoCal Green Hvac. He advised me to get the repair done so I could extend the life of my present unit rather than trying to sell me a new one. I did not give him any money. Instead, he provided me with a superb service.

It went very well, he taped up some wires with some minor chew marks and vacuumed out the AC unit. I also had some insulation that the rodents chewed into which he didn’t recommend replacing because its only purpose is to dampen sound. He was very honest about what needed what did not need repair.
