SoCal Green Hvac has provided me with excellent service. I haven't had any issues since they installed the new AC system. The techs have been excellent; they always explain the state of the system and what I can do to make it better.

With SoCal Green Hvac, we had a great experience. They visited our home the same day, reported our problem to the team that enlarges air returns, and made a plan to fix the problem after the return had been enlarged. The system was turned on and examined when they returned to check what repairs were required, and they discovered that there were none. They will be used for a different residence.

The tests were done meticulously, and the SoCal Green Hvac expert thoroughly explained everything that needed to be rectified. Then he quickly corrected and handled my first requirements while also doing reassuring and accommodating work. I'll undoubtedly use them once more.

My original inquiry was handled in a kind and professional manner. The surveyor arrived to the house and went through the model and price options. The two men who came to install the unit were kind, effective, knowledgeable about COVID, and neat and orderly. There were no issues throughout the entire procedure. Called for SoCal Green for troubleshooting of heater that would not always turn on when commanded by the thermostat. Technician came and looked at system from afar and told us that the system that was installed 7 years ago had not been done properly and would require significant modifications and that he could not fix it.
Then we called a California certified Heating and AC contractor that came, went to the attic, said that the system was properly installed, replaced the flame sensor and quickly fixed the issue.
Something it is best to get a second opinion.
