The repairman arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem in a short time. The crew arrived on time 3 days later, and did the replacement in less time than I was originally told. They used dropcloths throughout the work area, and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. Couldn't ask for more!

I would highly recommend this company. They are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When you purchase a new A/C or Furnace they will keep you in the loop every step of the way including the permit process. Unlike the company we used when we bought our A/C unit who lost our permit.

We’ve had their HVAC maintenance for a couple of years. They communicate well and rates seem reasonable. Victor was here today and did a thorough check so we’re ready for summer. Good pandemic practices with masks, etc. Our dog liked him too! 🙃

Greg was great!! Not only did he service our heater, but he installed and setup a new thermostat. This is the way a service business should be run. Greg is the best!!(week, month, year?)

We made an emergency call to Excel Air on Thurs., July 26 because our heat pump was not working and all we were getting was warm air. We had company in our home and were desperate! They worked us in that very day and gave us excellent service.
