Travis was our tech. He was nice, polite and knowledgeable. He fixed our A/C quickly and knew exactly what the problem was. It didn't cost a lot of money, either. He is a Five Star Tech!

Chuck Leonard was here and did A thorough job of checking out my a/c system. He alerted me to bad part and was able to replace immediately. Great job and good attitude!

I only left a start rating, and since someone responded, I should provide some more detail. I simply called this business as I was helping a friend that lives out there, and the office people were so rude! The person that answered was short and I just didn't feel like she even wanted to be talking to me. The best way to get new business is to be nice when someone calls in.

Excel Air was able to provide an estimate same day as well as install new Central Air in about 9 hours. They were on time, reliable and communicative which isn’t always easy to find these days.

It is a pleasure doing business with PROFESSIONALS. From the moment the staff member Roxanne) answered the phone to the time I said goodbye to the Technician (Lucas) the experience was pleasant and you could tell that EVERYONE knew how to listen to the problem and how to prepare to fix the problem.
Lucas was respectful of the premises making certain that he did not dirty anything in the house. He was also knowledgeable and informative. He took pictures of the problem and took the time to thoroughly go over every issue and explain how it would be repaired.
They came on a Friday and did the repairs the following Monday. We called them in for a 2nd opinion (which they provided free of charge) and they repaired the problem for 10% of the first company's quote.
They will do all of our HVAC work in the future.

Wyatt and Frank arrived on time ready to work. They were both professional and helpful answering the few questions I had. So far everything seems to be working fine. Nice to have heat again!
