From start to finish Brad was professional and helpful, explaining what I did and didn't need with my new A/C installation. Brad and his team were clear with their tasking and what they planned out for my install, everything was laid out and covered in the estimate and the final product left me very happy. Removal and install couldn't have gone better, professional install, clean work areas with no debris left behind, and no complaints with the equipment/performance. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Our AC stopped blowing cold air, Kevin has able to fit us in the same day. His diagnosis after testing a few parts (all in good condition): an earwig/pincher-bug fried itself in the electric panel/wiring. Sure enough he dug around, plucked out a fried critter, and the AC started right up! I appreciate a guy who’s knowledgeable, honest, and doesn’t try to upsell.

We had our A/C unit fixed to maximize performance, and give more even airflow. We also had a new furnace installed. The work was done same day. Excellent results, no mess, great guys.

The Original company that installed my units closed up and moved out of state. I was not sure what I was going to do. I called Five Star and they picked up where the last company left off. They assessed both systems and made there recommendation to finish instal. About a week later they came in and I was up and running. Thanks Five Star!!!

Brad the owner and Trevor came to our home to fix our HVAC unit when it died in the coldest days of December. Everyone in the house was miserable. Brad came out so fast, was very professional, courteous and sympathetic to our issue. He communicated well and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working smoothly before he left.
