Five Star Service Company was excellent, they came on time and did a very good job. At the end of the day they evencleaned up very well.

Five Star Service Company was fantastic. They were able to come to our newly purchased home to check out the heating and cooling system that we believed to be questionable. Brad was able to diagnose and fully walk me through what was wrong with our furnace. He was able to give us several options on a pathway forward and what he can do for our family home. Deciding to go with getting a brand new installed system that was properly fit for the entire home has been a blessing for everyone in the home. Brad gave us multiple plans to choose from at a very good price. Five Star Service Company was able to take out the entire system including all previous run duct, install our new system into the attic within only a couple days and getting us into our home fast with absolutely no issues, with a great and very understanding crew. This is the second home as we have just moved that we have used Five Star Service Company for this process and will reccomend them to everyone I know. They have been wonderful in fulfilling all the needs of our home and family and took the extra time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. This company was professional and came to my home to completely redo the ductwork in my attic, replace the wire from my heating system to my thermostat, and installed a brand new thermostat in my home. I could not be happier with the quality of work I received and my home is a comfortable place to be with safe clean air again. Thank you so much Five Star Service!

This is the "best" AC business hands down. I am not one to write reviews bit this company is more than deserving of a fantastic review. I waited one year+ to do this review as I wanted to see how the unit performed over a full summer. Brad estimated the job in May of 2021 and had it installed in June of 2021. Other companies quoted me more expensive units and Brad convinced me I didn't need the more expensive unit and he could solve my problems by redirecting the air around the house. Who today would offer a lower price most contractors reach for the stars. Brad was honest and of the highest integrity.

Now the even better news, the system he installed exceeds all my expectations. Through the hottest part of summer my upstairs is as cool or cooler than the downstairs. This was our biggest concern and with adding vents and redirecting the air we have an excellent working central air system. My wife thanks them every time we turn on the air. I would highly recommend Brad and his company for all your HVAC needs. As I said earlier the best AC company HANDS DOWN!!!!

Kevin troubleshot the furnace not working in my client's condo, and quickly diagnosed the problem, and got it back to normal operation in about 15 minutes. Its obvious he knows his stuff extremely well, and was very efficient (and courteous). Totally recommend his work, whether big or small job!
