Kevin from 5 star was outstanding. He arrived on time and was even willing to go up onto the roof in a pouring rain to inspect our heater that wasn’t working. He was able to get the parts and fix the problem less than two days later. He was professional, kind and willing to go the extra mile in terrible weather so out two year old wouldn’t be cold. Thank you 5 star and Kevin.

My heater went out and it’s the middle of winter. Five star was able to come out quickly and diagnose and repair the problem in a timely manor. I will recommend them to any one with ac and heating issues in the future.

Outstanding work! Brad was very responsive and quickly scheduled an appointment to assess my heater. Once the problem was identified, the part was ordered and an estimate for the return visit was provided. The next day, he sent me a text and scheduled me for 0800 the next morning. Kevin is a true professional, but with a genuine personal congeniality. I called him for Heater and A/C issues and he did a test of both systems before isolating a problem with my thermostat. Fixed it. Cost was minimal. I hope he charged me enough to cover his fuel costs, as he had traveled long distance to my house from previous service call. I HAVE recommended Five Star to my neighbors and will do so again when they need HVAC service.
