I was having a problem with my furnace and I called Cassel. They came out the same day with in two hours and fixed the problem. Very happy with the service and price was very reasonable.

Don Cassel installed our system 29 years ago, and since we were pleased with his work then, we chose his company for one of our estimates this time. We were able to compare apples to apples by carefully taking notes with each bid.
Don was the only one who mentioned creating a larger intake vent for the system to improve efficiency and decrease noise. His bid was also substantially lower then the larger companies.

I contacted Don on a Friday morning at 7am.
He showed up at my house that morning and had my AC unit fixed by 10am. Very responsive and professional. 5 Stars !!

Donald came out and inspected my system and let me know what was wrong with it. I decided I would fix it myself since it was not too complicated. I aksed Donald where I could send him payment for his time to inspect my system. He told me not to worry about it. He then called me to talk me through the repair to give me some tips on how to do it!

Donald the owner, was the one who took my call. I was very concerned that given I was calling on a Saturday morning and needed service same day, that I was going to get the answer every other company gave me of not until next week. Donald was so kind and told me not a problem that his son DJ would be out that afternoon to help.

DJ was very personable, professional and fixed our issue in under an hour! He explained clearly what he did to resolve the issue and even gave us some heads up on things we can continue to keep an eye on. Great company, excellent customer service and I will be sure to recommend them to anyone I can. Oh and not to mention the price was very reasonable!!
