Top notch repair and upgrade. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Marcos answered all my questions and did a walk through with me when the job was completed. All the technicians were courteous and very skilled.

We contracted with Maine Electric to completely rewire the older sections of our home (built in the thirties, who knows when last Re wired). Representative Alan Sopar was thorough, professional, very clear in explanations, and offered us less expensive options, explaining the differences clearly. Based on our experience with their sister company, Service Champions, we were not surprised, but very pleased.

The work is now done, in under the time scheduled ( they brought in extra technicians to get done faster ) We are very satisfied, and the experience of having the house torn up for re-wiring was less stressful than I expected because of the thoroughness, good humor, and attention to detail of
Alejandro and Noel and all of their team…. too many to mention all the names. We were frequently asked about detail options, and that was very useful.

We are currently awaiting inspection but are quite sure it will go well. They seem to have thought through everything, and taken photos of everything the inspector needs to confirm that may be hidden by furniture.

Johnny Tapia of Service Champions was very knowledgeable about the service I needed (prepping to install a new heat pump package unit on my roof) He explained carefully what would be needed to upgrade my electrical to accommodate the needs of the new unit. Very personable.

Great listening skills- we needed a non standard quote for some upcoming work. Aaron listened well, understood what we needed and provided a great breakdown of what we needed to get done.

Aaron was great. We had a faulty circuit breaker and he replaced it same day while also outlining maintenance and upgrades we’ll need the future.

Alan did a good job and gave a lot of useful information. He was easy to talk to. Would call on him again.

Nick was awesome. Super knowledgeable, detail oriented, personable. And a huge Star Wars fan, which is also crucial.

Dishwasher/disposal not working. Tec made no effort to troubleshoot the problem. Relently pushed rewiring the circuit/rewiring the house for $9500./$36000. Second opinion gotten and repair completed for $100.
