Christian and his assistant were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous while in my home. They took great pride in their work, and found the best solution for hardwiring the motion detector light on the exterior of my home. Several possible electrical options to add this extension were considered. Christian caulked around the exterior stucco opening. They are consummate professionals. I hope they are well appreciated because they are excellent. (I was biased toward Maine Electric when team members replaced completely my circuit breaker sub panel. Great to know the excellent care and consideration have not changed.) Your company is fortunate to have Christian and his coworker (I regret I cannot recall his name.). My comments are for both. company representatives.

I have used this company Maine twice and this was the third time I called for the repair of the bathroom light.
I'm very satisfied with the company, the work outcome and most especially, the technicians their sending to do the job. Highly recommended. Good job Brian!

The service technician, Eduardo was awesome. He was professional, not rushed. He listened, answered all my questions and explained in detail the problem he found and the work that needed to completed. When I made my appointment the office staff was professional and efficient. I definitely will call them for other work I want done.

Michael T. arrived on time and listened attentively to my description of the issue, light not turning on when switch flipped on.
He quickly found the source of the problem and fixed it by replacing with a new switch.
He also reviewed the breaker panels and main junction box. Very professional. I would hire him again.

When they are looking at thousands of dollars in new business they can get someone out in a couple of days, but strangely enough once they have your money and they need to come fix an incorrect installation on their dime, no workers available.

We had a new sub panel installed by them and the clothes washer started tripping the breaker the next day we tried to use it (this was not an issue before they worked on it). They said they couldn't get someone out for a week. Then they called the day someone was supposed to come out saying they couldn't make it that day either and we needed to wait two more days. I had to push hard to get someone out there that day, that's not a position a customer should be put in.

I don't recommend using a company that isn't interested in treating their customers fairly once they have been paid.

Absolutely phenomenal service!

We had an emergency at our house where we had a lot of dead outlets. He came out same day and took care of it in no time.

Best of all he didn’t overcharge for his work and it ended up WAY cheaper than I thought it would be.

I will never call anyone else for electrical issues because there is no chance we get better service anywhere else.
