Deione came out same day, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in 1 hour. AC unit up and running. Explained what happened and showed me the faulty wire. Recommend his services to anyone. A++++. Will use again for future HVAC concerns.

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Capital City Comfort. Our AC wasn't working after an unfortunate electrical mishap. The first place we tried calling couldn't get to us for over a week. Thankfully we found Capital City Comfort. Deon was super responsive and was able to get to us the next day. He was punctual, friendly and obviously knew his stuff. He got our problem diagnosed, AC up and running, and coils cleaned in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Will be using again for any HVAC issues/maintenance in the future. Highly recommend.

We called Dione when it was close to 90 degrees in our house. He made a house call, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was skilled, professional and didn’t upsell us at all. When it comes time to replace, he’ll get my call

Capital City Comfort/ Deione is my new Hero!!!!!! I can not say enough great things about Deione and his company. He is knowledgeable, prompt,honest and courteous. Our AC went out last Thursday night, I called all the big companies and no one could come out for 3 weeks. My sister (who lives in Elk Grove) recommended Deione , I thought there is no way he would come up to Cameron Park. I contacted Deione Monday and he was at my house Tuesday morning! Deione of Capital City Comfort is the best hands down! He is prompt, professional and courteous. I’ve made an appointment through his company to do the annual maintenance on our mother’s air conditioning unit, when he pointed out some issues that can potentially affect it in the near future. He provided pictures (since the unit is at the top of our roof) and offered his expert opinion without pushing or upselling. When we couldn’t get the unit repaired right then, he was understanding, gave us his card and told us to give him a call anytime. Which we did, on the same day and he was back repairing the air conditioning unit in the afternoon. The air con is working nicely with cool air wafting through the house. Good thing too since it's going to be triple digits in the next few days! Hope to work with him in the future when we finally need to replace whole the unit.

Set my house on fire "braising the free on line", didn't fill my HVAC properly so it doesn't cool, didn't put parts back in, didn't install the entire coil i purchased which was the issue, completely ignored and avoided our family after payment, called months later asking for more money..... Don't bother calling this guy.

Deon was fantastic. He called ahead twice to let me know he was in the way and he did a great job after arriving. I’m very impressed by the quality and his great work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again! Highly appreciated his service on the weekend and on short notice.
