Deione arrived on time , he was very knowledgeable and professional. immediately identified the problem and resolved it very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Deione was reliable, efficient and knowledgeable. I could tell he takes pride in the quality of service he provides and we appreciate it! He explained several things about the unit and the maintenance of it that we were unaware of. He was friendly and I enjoyed talking with him.

Dion was absolutely fantastic! He was able to assist me with an old heater furnace. I was terrified of having a potential gas leak, Dion made major attempts to schedule a visit with me the same day I called to to come check out the heater. He often called to check in and inform me of when he was en route and his estimated arrival times. Dion not only aided me in reducing my anxiety levels about my old heater, but he came back and cleaned it and left it better than ever! Would absolutely recommend, and have already recommended that my landlord continue to use his services for the rest of the apartment complex.

Dione was timely informative, responsive and honest! He came through on getting our house cooled even if it meant coming back and providing extra assistance and parts comped by himself!

Deione is our hero! Our A/C unit quit on the friday afternoon before Memorial Day. Everyone was already closed for the holiday, and temperatures predicted to remain well over 100 for the next several days. I didn't think we had a chance of getting someone out to the house to take a look. As luck would have it, Deione promptly answered our inquiry on Yelp! and was at the house by evening. The motor of our A/C unit had burned out, and a replacement might be tricky to find. Still, Deione managed to find one within a few hours of the next business day, and we had A/C back in short order. Thank you from the bottom of our climate-controlled hearts!

Five star all the way Mr Deione Brown flew over from natomas to my house in Elk Grove in no time at all ! I'm even more impressed with his work,warranty,and honest nature,as well as price! Compared to bell brothers and everyone else I called. He had cold air running in our house that same night in the middle of 2017 June heat wave Honestly I called everyone and was told that they couldn't come out for two to three weeks. We felt very lucky to have Deione come to our home and plan on doing business with him in the near future. God bless him from 90 plus In our house to a comfortable 75 We we're freaking out about dealing with the 109 forecast the next day and now we're 😎 cool.

A/C went out during major heat wave at 7:30 PM. Called around everywhere that said 24 hours and got a bunch of call centers and voicemails. Finally called here at 10:40 PM. Received a call back at 11:00 PM and he got me in first thing next morning 8AM. Next morning he called us to let us know he was on the way AND came earlier than 8 AM. We were sooo appreciative for him being earlier since we are in a heat wave and needed A/C. He diagnosed in under 5 min and got our unit back running in under 20. Our family, especially our toddler appreciates this company's promptness, professionalism, and expertise. Definitely recommend!
