Bill from Action Air was just here for a repeat service check. He arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgable. Since this was their 2nd visit f ou r the service issue, Bill assured me there wouldn't be any charge and would try to put a rush on the part that needed replacement. Since the initial install approx 3 years ago, our air condition unit has worked perfect. We've only recently had an issue. Thankfully, the part that needs replacing is under warranty. Everyone I've dealt with at Action Air has been friendly and so helpful. Glad we made the choice to use them and would recommend them highly.
