Thomas was very friendly and professional. He did not take long to find out why my air conditioner was not working, and had the parts to repair it right on his van, no waiting or crazy up charges! He offered me good advice on avoiding the problem I had in the future and gave me an option, was very helpful and I was impressed with how cool he was for being booked all day long on a Saturday and it was 90 degrees in the morning! Highly recommend action air and Thomas was great!!! Thomas you are "the man", thanks!
