Both the people I spoke with on the phone and the service technician who came to my house were great! I got my AC rejuvenated for my house and they made sure everything worked perfectly. They came and got it done quickly. The work was done in a very timely manner, I definitely recommend them.

My furnace was making squealing noise when it was running. Looking through online, I found it could be a serious problem. So I called Reliable Enterprises based on online review results on yelp and google review. First, Reliable asked me if my furnace is still under warranty and recommended to call the original installer. I called the original installer and was not able to connect and left a voice message. No return call. So I decided to try Reliable Enterprises. Ed Akel of Reliable Enterprises came in exactly within the 2 hour time window that was promised with a 15min pre-arrival courtesy call. He spend 20 to 30 minutes to find out the root cause of the noise and was able to find and fix it. Surprisingly he said it's no charge as he didn't have to replace any part. What a surprisingly good and trustworthy engineer! While living in America for the last 25 years, I never heard of such a thing. He just left with a friendly smile. I strongly recommend Reliable Enterprises for heating and air conditioning work.

This company is impressive. I called them for a second estimate after another company told us we needed a very expensive repair ($1600-1700), or replacement of both the furnace and air conditioner (north of $9000 for base units). The latter fix was highly recommended due to the age of the units. In the meantime, I was told not to run the heat because toxic gases would be expelled into the attic.
Boy, am I glad I got another opinion. Technicians Ed Akel and Glen came out yesterday. These guys spent some time looking over my system and the inducer fan housing issue the previous company identified. However, their solution was far simpler. They were able to reattach the inducer fan housing to the exhaust vent and showed me pictures after they completed the job. The charge for the service: 0, nada, nothing! All systems go!
I highly recommend this company because of their honest, knowledgeable technicians and incredible customer service. When I have another HVAC issue or need a new system, this is the company I will call.

I’m a walking furnace so I cannot live without AC! When it broke, I needed it fixed ASAP! I called Reliable standard and they were able to do a same-day appointment. They fixed my AC immediately and I couldn’t be happier with the speed and professionalism. Prices were also very reasonable.

I called Alex the owner that I have worked with in the past! when my A/C went out! I was in a panic and Alex called me back the night and told me he would be out in the morning. He was out at my home at 7:15 AM to look at my unit. It was Toast!! I told him to go ahead and get me a new one and put it in. He called his people and told me they would be out the same day as he had to go. This was on 8/10/2017. There truck was in my driveway at 9:00AM! Talk about fast service. I was very lucky. they had the new unit installed and left my home at about 10:00AM GREAT professional job. I'm sure I was lucky that they could get out to me so fast but after the last two years of working with Alex And Reliable I have found a very RARE outfit that really cares about there customers.It's to bad that this type of service is all but gone anymore! If anyone is looking It would be in your BEST interest to give them a call!!!

They are so easy to work with and the attitude, level of professionalism and willingness to answer any questions is top notch. We got a new AC for our house and they were very careful when installing new vents and bringing the AC unit in so nothing would be damaged. Install was quick and very thorough. Clean and professional job!

I am glad to find Reliable Enterprises for HAC. Ed Akel is a field supervisor and the best person I have worked with for our home project. He is not tried to sell anything more than I need. My AC and heater are 20 yrs old and one of AC stop working so I thought to replace all same time that could save me in the near future has to replace heater. Ed and his assistant went up to the attic and look at the unit and took a few photos then told me that I don’t need to replace those since they are still in good condition. He got to the business and gave me the quote for 2 AC units at reasonable price and I told him I had replaced AC with TRANE a few years ago and the price $$$&. He asked me what can he do to make me happy. I gave my number and he called his boss and decided to give me 10% off on the top of already discounted. We made a deal. By 8AM, his team showed up and got work done in 4 hours.
Also he did something that was out of expectations. I needed to replace the old thermostat so I messaged him about the WiFi thermostat. I was almost bought Honeywell model with WiFi. He said if I am willing to pay that much money then I should go with Nest. He said he has Nest available. He offered me the price but I said it expensive to buy two so he reduced the price and I am happy to accept his offer. Next day he came to install those and before he left he asked if I am happy. I was very pleased and appreciated his work then I am about going to get money to pay him. He surprised me by telling me “NO” those are the gift to me. I was shocked those are not cheap. If you need contractor for your home AC and heater. I would strongly recommend Reliable Enterprises. I got quote from Costco and Sears but Ed gave me the best quote also they can install immediately. These guys are professional in this field. I am 100% happy with their service.
