The past couple of visits have been bad. One of their techs put an incorrect filter into a HEPA filter rendering it useless at a rental location of mine. He didn't have the right one so he just stuck any old filter in there, and because it didn't fit, the air flowed around it. When I spoke to them about it they offered me a $50 credit toward my next service which I tried to take them them up on with a thermostat replacement at another location. They applied the credit to the thermostat but they doubled the price thus wiping out my $50 credit. Deceptive overpriced bad quality service from this place.

We had Long Beach Heat and Air do our heating first and then chose to have them do our AC. We have been very pleased with all their service. They are excellent with follow up and customer service. I would recommend them, and do, to friends and anyone looking for service.

Long Beach heating and air is not good..... they are superb!
I had bids from a few other heating companies and they all tried to sell me a new unit for $12,000. Long Beach Heating and Air did a minor repair at a cost of $300.00! they could easily have done the same.

Chris designed a new HVAC system for my home - replacing the original 30-year old unit. The difference has been astounding. The second floor is now cool for the first time ever! Crystal phones me and sets up the periodic maintenance call. This morning, Abel came by and checked everything out. Great guy! All in all, Long Beach Heating & Air has far exceeded my expectations. They are terrific and I highly recommend them.

I explained that my htr kept locking out at random times over a long period of time and that three companies could not figure out why. The representative said she would send out her senior tech and Mario came to the rescue! He determined that my install had too many 90 degree elbows on the exhaust side. The air was trapped and so my heater would lock out. Mario was very professional. He took photos and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this company and this tech.

We have had a history of an unreliable Heating and Air Conditioning unit in our home and I had gone back and forth with service companies to service it reliability. Our unit had a Meriad of issues from its initial installation.

I finally found Long Beach Heating and Air Conditioning in Long Beach and they have serviced both our Air Conditioning and Heat and we have been very relieved to have them both working consistently and reliably.

I would highly recommend them for any of your current or future Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

Unbelievably rude and entitled company with a B as a receptionist. Because they are an "Authorized Vendor" for a rental company they feel immune to good customer service or compassion. I'd pay twice the price to never deal with this company ever. And I am going to. If they had zero stars i would have selected that.

I've been a customer of LB Heating & Air for nearly 30 years. Mario was wonderful in his attending to our heater's problem. Every year I have the heater & A/C checked and each and every employee I've dealt with has been professional, efficient and thoughtful!

Every time they've been to the house to install or do check-ups, they have been extremely competent, friendly and down-to-earth. They truly have integrity of a good-old fashioned family business that really cares for its customers. Thanks as always!
