Long Beach Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is the best. I have a large unit on an old house that needed to be replaced with very little room to maneuver the crane. No drama. They made necessary adjustments and just did what they had to do. Their employees are friendly and always polite.

Called to get our unit serviced even though they have serviced in the past. Long story short they didn't want to service even though unit is within their spec and its been serviced before by them. Didn't appreciate the no effort.

3 stars - Tech showed up about 45 min late. Nice guy and replaced my capacitor. Feels like its blowing colder now. Will update review again if the temperature gets under 83.

2 stars - Got a call after posting this. Tech is supposed to be 15 to 20 min away. Will revise accordingly if he shows up.

1 star - Took time off work and took my dog to boarding so he wouldn't be here during the appointment. Its now after the appointment time and no one has called. The main office is now closed. If someone is still at the office, please give us a call. I even called right at 3pm to make sure I was on the list and was told I was the tech's 2nd stop.

I have had Long beach Heating and Air maintenance for quite awhile. They came to my rescue when a worker made a mistake while putting on a new roof and cut into the A/C line. They were prompt in answering the roofers call to fix the problem. Long Beach Heating and Air have been in business a long time and are great and I would recommend them to anyone for A/C maintenance ,repairs, or to install a new unit.

HVAC assessment, split unit proposal, assessed attic for insulation (which there was none!), provided referral for insulation, etc. Excellent service!

As a over 40 years of commercial and residential customer, it was a shocker to find out 1 HVAC units were counted as 2 units, 1 outside condencer and 1 inside for filter and access. Is that mean you suppose to say that you have 2 unit HVAC or I have 8 units when I have 4 units HVAC in my house. DECEPTIVE!
The way your e-mail offer was written and conversation with your repesenter DID NOT indicated 1 AC unit was suppose to be counted as 2 units.
