Great, understanding and professional service. They promptly scheduled us for service but the soonest available was over a week out. on July 4th our ac stopped comoletely. I called to let them know about the ac and to check if they had any cancellations as my wife has stage 4 cancer and the heat is really a problem for her. The second I mentioned "stage 4" they were so accommodating and looked for a cancellation and they continued to move us up in order as other cancellations came I thought the week. We are so appreciative of their care. The gentlemen that came out and took care of our issue by replacing the motor for the fan were very friendly and did a great job getting our ac up and running again.
