The service guy/employee surely knew what he was doing and never took advantage of the situation that I didnt know much about AC. He initially thought a part needed replacement but as he was about to start it only ended up with just a minor thing which has something to do with the connections. Highly recommend!

Javier was very helpful and informative during the HVAC tune-up process. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder the entire time. Came in the pretty early part of their 2 hour window. Wore a mask the entire time. Cleaned up after himself and was very professional the entire way through

The company sent us a text notification that the technician was enroute. The tech, Javier, was punctual and friendly. He was wearing a mask and following Covid protocols, which is a plus in this day and age. He even put on boot covers as to not track dirt inside our home. He serviced and assessed our HVAC heater. After the service, Javier explained to me in depth what he found and advised that a piece of equipment was under performing and needed replacement, but recommended that it could actually wait until our next service. He answered all my questions and gave estimates for other services I asked him about and was very thorough. Evan just did the yearly maintenance on my A/C. When I explained to Evan the issue I've been having every year he did a thorough examination and discovered the root of the problem which led us to replacing our AC unit with them.
