Can’t say enough about the amazing service you get with McGee Refrigeration. Best service in the valley. My air stopped working this morning and the temperature in the 100s. I called and even though they were booked for several days they fit me in. The technician Gary was very professional and polite even though he was having to do an extra job. He was very respectful and went above and beyond. I highly recommend McGee refrigeration. Great owners and technicians. It was so refreshing to contact a business and hear a friendly and professional voice at the other end. I explained to the young lady that our heater was not working properly. She immediately asked if we would be home today to schedule a technician to come out to our home .
Wow! What quick service! Our appointment was scheduled for same day.

The friendly technician arrived in a timely manner. He went into attic and after about 45 minutes carefully checking several parts discovered that circuit board was not working properly. The knowledgeable technician throughly explained what he checked and how he came to that conclusion. He further explained that he would check with several distributors for the best price and to order part.

We got a call two days later that part was in and scheduled us for same day service !!

Gary was polite, professional and explained what was happening with my HVAC and AC condenser. The best place to call for any Heating & Air Conditioning services. The thing I really like is the they don't try to use scare tactics to have you buy or replace parts like the other companies. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. But the one technician named Jose, he is the best. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

I called McGee Refrigeration after another company had been out to take care of my unit and had given me a $1900 repair estimate. Since that was so high, I wanted a second opinion, and I am sure glad I did. McGee was able to get me in and after looking over everything, found it was a simple fix with some corroded batteries and a wall cover screwing into the thermostat wire. All said and done, I was taken care of for under $100. I highly recommend McGee Refrigeration for any heating and cooling issues, and am happy to say I'm signing up for their annual servicing program as well. They are a local business who cares about their customers and their staff was so helpful all around. I am glad to have a company I can trust to work with!
