I had a Tank Less Water Heater that stopped working before Christmas. Another company was out 4 separate times with no results in repairing it. I spoke with manufacturer 3 separate times with no luck. Called McGee they came out within a day, I was prepared to have a new one put in but after 1 1/2 hour he found my issue of a popped GFI so no need for a new Water Heater. So Thankful for their Technicians expertise. I can not express my Appreciation Enough. Thank You McGee!!!!!

McGee took great care of us. We called needing help with our heater and they were able to come this morning and fixed the issue. My heater is now working perfectly and my family will be excited to not freeze anymore. Thank you for coming out so quickly. We will be using this company from now on.

McGee is my go-to for all of my A/C and Heating maintenance and repair. They are honest and fairly priced. Tommy is is one of the nicest guys and does fast amazing work, Troy and Javier came to do repairs on my unit and did a great job and were quick, and Marcus who just did my routine service was on time and very professional. I highly recommend Mcgee!

We requested our almost 20 year old air conditioner unit be checked out to see how well it is working as well as our insulation. McGee sent Gary and he was very prompt. He was so polite and respectful. He took his time checking our unit, the thermostat and went up to the attic to check our insulation. He discussed his findings with us (everything checked out fine). He let us know they would come back in 6 months to do a re-check before the summer. We highly recommend this company and their employee, Gary.

We have been customers of McGee's for years, but they really went above and beyond for us when we needed a new AC unit. Lana and Owen moved mountains to get a new unit shipped ASAP, schedule a crane, build us a new stand, and rearrange their schedule so we could have air before a 3-day weekend. The installation team led by Troy had to endure 108 degree temperatures, but was still so friendly, professional, and hardworking. McGee's prices were right in line with other estimates, but I know I got the BEST service with McGee!

I Scheduled an appointment for an estimate, I sent a email on a Sunday thinking I'd hear back Monday morning when they opened, i was very surprised to receive a email back shortly after, on a sunday not during business hours. We Locked in a date, Owen came out, on time, I was actually on my way home, he said he'd wait for me. 👍. We did a walk through the house, and when he pulled out a pen and paper and wrote down what we'd need, (not get on a tablet and overwhelm me with it) he said he'll go back to the shop and work on a price. he called me back and said this is what it is, my install guys can be out there these days. It was easy, not stressful and took all the guess work out of it, kept it simple, and answered all my questions. I went down and put a deposit and locked in our install date.. what can I say about the install guys, Troy and Brendon stuck it out all week showing up on time, prepared, and ready to work. They did a complete install. From thermostat, to running new electrical, new gas line to the new unit on the roof, new ducting, brought in a new little tool to cut through my 1942 plaster walls to help keep the mess to a minimum on the new carpet. The guys were friendly, polite, professional, wore all there PPE safety equipment as hot as it was there was no complaining, they new what they had to do and did it. Now we are sitting in an air conditioning house 1week before are baby's due date right before summer... Perfect timing.... Out with the swompcooler and in with the AC. Thank Troy and Brendon for all the hard work. And thank you for the new yeti cups, keeping are drinks cold and on ice.

I would highly recommend using McGee Refrigeration. They are very kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They always explain everything that needs to be done so you feel comfortable and confident in the work they are doing. It also comes across that they value and take great care of their employees. You will be able to tell by how happy every technician is when they come to your house. Their employees also have nothing but great things to say about their employer. I will be using McGee Refrigeration for many years to come.

I was looking for a company to do the semiannual service on our HVAC units and someone recommended McGee Refrigeration. I am so glad they did! I’ve had several different companies do this job over the years, but McGee is the best, by far. First, their price for the service was very attractive. Second, they stayed in touch with me, confirming their arrival. Third, the technicians who have been here have been unfailingly polite, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. The last time they were here, they ran into a problem with the customer before me and were running late. Rather than just show up late, they kept me posted so that I knew when to expect them. Few companies go to that kind of trouble!

Of course, I have no idea about what goes on in their service of the units. If I did, I’d do it myself, I guess! But the units are working reliably, the techs are polite and informative, and the company communicates with me, the customer. I am very grateful to my friend for giving me their name. I’m a customer for life!

As if a 5 star average wasn't good enough! Each review says it all! We could not have found a better company to call! We just bought our home, and to say we needed help was an understatement! They came out within the same week we called. Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable. The service provided by Brendan and Tucker was, hands down, the best we could have asked for! We are now signed up for their service plan in order to keep our system running as best as possible, and will not be calling on anyone else! Thank you guys for all that you did!

Very professional and friendly team in the office. Called on Friday and they were scheduled to come out Monday afternoon. Received a call Monday morning around 11 and the tech was ahead of schedule so they showed up about 10 minutes later. Tech was very professional and helpful and answered all my questions. He was thorough and made sure he checked everything. I highly recommend the McGee team!
