First off calling the shop Janette was so patient and friendly, while I got my thoughts together, she scheduled my appointment for the next day which I needed. Brandon was my technician and he was so friendly and professional and he explained everything to me. They are on time and they send you notifications when they are in route. Im glad I found this company. Customer Service is key because I did call another company first and I didn’t feel I would get good service because of the initial call. 🙏🏽 Thank u

Highly recommend Superior Air.
Our furnace quit working Thanksgiving week, just as we were leaving on vacation. They were able to send someone out before we left, and had our new unit installed the day after our return. Very prompt and professional. Have already recommended them to others.

Great company with great service. Reasonable prices and fixed the first time out. Tech Brandon fixed a problem another company could not figure out. Plus they apply their diagnostic fee towards the repair. Needless to say we will never use the other company again. ($90 for 20 minutes and not fixed) We take comfort and have learned to stick to honest and reasonable Superior Air.

They replaced our evaporative cooler and radiant heater with a new Energy Star system and new ductwork, adding to the comfort and value of our home. Replacing a 31 year old Carrier unit with a new one was an all day job for Jose’s crew. They also installed 3 dampers in the ducting and added another return the same size as the single original one to increase the flow of air for the new 2 stage, 16 SEER unit. Steve tested the integrity of the completed duct system and charged the system with refrigerant, also replacing 3 ceiling vents with more free flowing ones. Finally, he installed the new ecobee3 lite thermostat and showed me how to program it. I’m very happy with the installation but with the mild weather we are having it’s only been tested which it passed, but not used to heat or cool the house because of need.

I needed my Air conditioner replaced, so i got in touch with Larry which did an amazing job getting my a/c replaced and scheduled in a timely fashion. His technicians did a super job and were really informative. His sales rep or manger came out after the install and answered all my questions, Our air conditioner couldn't work any better thank you Superior Air!

Very professional and organized company. This doesn’t necessarily mean they are expensive. Between the other companies I’ve gotten quotes with for regular biannual maintenance and repairs their prices are compatible if not better. Also, if you sign up for annual maintenance all repairs are 10% off. All the service personnel have been courteous and professional, and mind their own business when working inside and through out the house which may seem like a non issue with some but its an important issue with me and my family. I’ll continue to contract with their annual maintenance and go to them for repairs.

We've been using their annual fall and spring checkup plan for many years, and are very pleased. They make sure things are working correctly before the heat of summer and cold of winter arrive. Brandon did our spring checkup today - arrived on time, was thorough, and friendly to boot. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment 8-11-22 with them from 2:00 to 4:00 and when there was no show I called them and they were at a business and they were falling behind they could at least being consideration and contact me telling me that we could reschedule I work seven days a week before months and my time was precious did tell them that when scheduling
