Superior Air

We turned on the heater for the first time this winter. No heat. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I was afraid we would have to wait till next week. James was able to come out and diagnose the problem. Ten minutes later he had fixed the wiring issue and the heat was on. I was very pleased with the work and his professional manor. I will definitely recommend Superior Air to others.

We just got our new Carrier AC unit installed today and we could not be happier!! We started the process last week and everything from financing to scheduling went smoothly. Their amazing customer service blew us away. Larry, the owner, was so helpful and always available to answer questions. I asked a million and he responded quickly and at anytime of the day! With so many companies that do sketchy pricing and shotty workmanship, Superior was straight to the point. No sales gimmicks, no pressure, and we never felt like they were trying to nickel and dime us. Their proposal lists in detail what you will be getting from materials to service. We had major concern about our ducting system because of how old the ducting was. Larry made sure that we would be taken care of. We LOVED the assurance! Right before they were about to finish they noticed that our master bedroom did not receive normal air flow. The crew came back in and immediately fixed it! For the first time in 6 years we will have airflow to our master. Superior AC crew was GREAT. Curtious, on time, very clean, and professional. We personally like to read reviews and we wanted to take the time to write one for others looking for someone to help them with such a big investment.

These folks put an HVAC unit in my two story house this past spring. From bid to installation their service was excellent and their price competitive. They had to rework ductwork which went very smoothly was done in a timely manner. We were very pleased we had chosen them from several others in the area. We just had our first fall maintenance done by James who worked quickly and carefully to change the filters etc on our two story house. If I had to crawl on the roof of a two story house, the job would not get done. In any case, James did a great job and was very pleasant and patient answering my “homeowner” questions. Great company to work with!

On 105 day, they came right out and repaired my A/C. The tech also went through all my rooms and opened the vents on my registers properly. Very happy!

We've used Superior Air for several years now. They've serviced/repaired our old AC/heater and we used them when it was time for a new unit. Very friendly and professional technicians arrive at your doorstep. Reasonable prices and you can easily pay your bill online, which I think is great. Highly recommend Superior Air.

Superior Air gives excellent service. My ac started having issues as we were experienceing triple digit temps. They responded immediately and took care of my issue. I'm definitely a happy customer!

Excellent, expert, prompt service! Of course my main AC unit had to die on the 4th of July with a house full of people coming over! Superior Air was out first thing in the morning and repaired my unit in 15 minutes! In the AC business experience counts! Having the right parts on the truck to complete the job makes all the difference too. I would highly recommend Superior Air!

Superior Air did an analysis & installation of two Rheem units on our home back in 2014. They have been diligent in maintaining our units and are great in communicating with us when scheduling and carrying through with our maintenance appointments.
