Calibrating Air Heating & Cooling, Inc.

I've been a customer of Calibrating Air Heating & Cooling for 2 years now and there is a reason for that. My experiences as a customer have been nothing short of positive. One of their top performers (in my opinion) who is Tom S., has fantastic knowledge base and its clear he keeps up to date with that knowledge in his profession. Polite, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to speak with/to. Not only does Tom S. and Calibrating air do their job and do it well, but they also go above and beyond to make their customers happy. From going into further explanation when their is something I do not understand, to making sure I am satisfied with the work before they leave the job, they have proven to be true experts time and time again. Fair quotes and great work.

On top of all that, despite the fact that this company must have a lot of customer/clients , every time I call in with an issue or routine maintenance they remember me as a customer and treat me like family. Nikki and Lori do a fantastic job, and always have a positive attitude despite their high call volume. They make me feel like I am apart of the Calibrating Air family. How they track their work and remember work that has been done in the past is refreshing and shows that they care about their customers and their homes.

The fact that I am taking the time to write this review should, in and of itself, show how impressed I am with Calibrating Air. Keep up the fantastic work Calibrating Air! You're doing it right! :)

Calibrated is my go-to HVAC service company. They repaired my AC last summer, and this time I called them to diagnose my heater which stopped working. Neil and Isaac were able to get my heater operating again, and were very friendly and communicative about what was wrong and what they did to fix the issue. These guys are awesome.

We recently had Calibrating Air come out to give us an estimate and then an install on a new AC unit and whole house humidifier. Kody was punctual and very polite when he came to our home for the estimate, and gave us all the information we would need to make a well informed decision. We never felt pressured to sign a contract at that time, and genuinely felt that his recommendations were for our best interest and not in the interest of the sale. Charles and Chad were the technicians here on the day of install, and were polite, professional and personable with my kids and pets while they were here. They explained the system to me at the end and made is very simple to understand. I would highly recommend them!!

This is an amazing company. My sister had an emergency heating situation at her house and the owner, Brandon came out within the hour to help her. I live next door to my sister and he volunteered to check my heater to make certain everything was okay so the same problem didn’t happen with mine. Turns out, my heater had the same problem just not as bad. Good thing he came over to my house to inspect the heater or it would have stopped working soon just like hers. We have been paying another company a lot of money every season to maintain our heating and cooling system and that company missed an important detail of the service. We will be switching to Calibrating Air for our heating and air conditioning needs going forward because of their honest work ethic and their dedication to the customer experience. Exceptional company and exceptional service. Calibrating Air is the ONLY HVAC company we have used in the past and will continue to use (3 homes later) in the future. They are the best of the best, and have "saved" us many times from emergencies, such as a furnace that isn't working, a damaged air conditioner, and a hot water heater replacement. These guys are always available for our yearly furnace cleaning and tune up, too. Choose Calibrating Air - you won't be disappointed. Bart and Brandon and the rest of the technicians will treat you like family.

We just had our Air Conditioner, Furnace, and Water Heater replaced with all brand new units from Calibrating Air. The team was extremely professional, installation was perfect, and all at a great price. When the mechanical and electrical inspectors came to inspect the work, everything passed immediately. These units are working great, excellent warranty and service. Highly recommended!

Charles came by to fix our furnace and was very professional and friendly. He got the job done efficiently and was on his way. Also, during booking, Lori, was so nice and knew a cold front was coming later in the evening and made sure to get someone out here before the end of day. It actually took all of two hours from the time I called until Charles left my home and my furnace was fixed. Great service and friendly employees!

Had an air conditioner installed earlier this year and they worked quickly and professionally. Things went smoothly for the most part, there were a few issues out of their control (poorly installed HVAC from years ago caused some delays), but they informed me of each delay and explained the solution. With these additional problems I expected a price increase from the original quote, but they honored the number and did a great job. Recently I had a minor issue based on the previous install and they not only responded quickly, but solved the problem immediately free of charge. Brandon was professional and very helpful. Overall, I may have spent a touch more with Calibrating Air than with other suppliers in the city, but they did excellent work that more than made up the difference. Easy to recommend them to anybody!

We’ve been using Calibrating Air for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. Just had to replace part of the air conditioning system and they did an outstanding job. Working with Charles was a pleasure -- he was professional, knowledgeable and personable, and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a great experience with them. Harley and I think the other gentleman’s name was Bob (he also handled customer service I believe). They did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and providing pertinent information for why we should use a specific humidifier. It was actually the cheaper option to purchase and would require less maintenance. I really appreciated how much time they took to tell me why the cheaper option was better. Wonderful people to work with. Very clean, neat and polite. I can’t say enough about the necessity of people who can slow down and be patient with a client to explain the job they are working on. It makes me feel much better to have an understanding of the work being done. Thank you so much for always providing all the information.
