I called Calibrating Air to get an estimate for a new furnace and central air. Bart the owner came by the house within a couple of days and explained what type of furnace I had now and how inefficient it was. He explained the different types of furnaces available for my house but then went above and beyond to find another one that was about the same price as the others but had a 10 year warranty versus a 1 year warranty with the other furnaces. He also explained how central air worked and how I didn't need a top of the line AC unit because a basic unit was going to be just as efficient. Kyle came out to do the installation on the scheduled date and was phenomenal. They completed the work in the two days they had scheduled and were very thorough in explaining how everything worked and made sure we knew how to operate it before he left. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking into having a furnace replaced or serviced. They have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks Bart and Kyle.

In 2017 we purchased a furnace, new heater and A/C unit from Calibrating Air and everything from the estimate and purchase, to the installation, to the annual maintenance has been nothing but STELLAR customer service. Today one of their technicians, Brandon, came for the one year inspection and service. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly and over-the-top respectful and kind. If and when we move to a new home, we will be signing on for Calibrating Air to do our annual maintenance. I wish every service oriented company operated with such exceptional work ethics. I got a same-day appointment on a very cold day, after my furnace began to malfunction. Neal and James were exceptionally professional and courteous in diagnosing, explaining the issues and providing a cost estimate. Neal also provided an interim fix, while awaiting parts. Brian and Neal did the repairs, with an equally straightforward, professional approach. Calibrating Air greatly exceeded my expectations in both service and cost and will be my 'go to' heating/cooling company going forward...

The best service we've ever had ! Our furnace developed problems and we called Calibrating Air. Technicians Chris and Tim did the most thorough inspection I've ever seen and fixed our problem in short time. Not only did they know how to fix the problem, they also helped with warranty issues and they showed us numerous tips how to better maintain and function our furnace. We've never experienced such high quality service anywhere else. I never could have imagined that needing furnace repair would end up being a happy, positive experience. Wonderful job!! We called Wire Nut and they scheduled an appointment 2 days from when I called. They suggested we get a new furnace because of all the work that needed to be done and parts replaced. They mentioned we might as well get a new A/C unit since it was leaking into the furnace. New furnace and A/C around $13,000. They would not be able to schedule the install until 2 weeks from the first diagnostic. When I mentioned it was supposed to get down to 18 degrees that weekend, they said they could lend me space heaters. I called Calibrating Air (I had heard about them from work they did at our local radio station, 94.3 Kilo). They were able to come out the next day. After their diagnostic, they determined it was just a gas valve ($725) that needed replaced. They replaced that part within an hour and we had heat. When I mentioned all of what Wire Nut said was wrong, they double and triple checked to make sure those parts were fine. The A/C was not leaking, just normal condensation. I am very thrilled with their work and customer service!!

Dave and Brandon just finished up installing my new furnace and AC units, and they fixed some other ducting issues we had as well. Everything went exactly as it was explained during the estimate process. Dave and Brandon were both kind, courteous, and very helpful in explaining the new system and how to control it. I am pretty sure I just found my new go to company for all my heating and cooling needs. Thank you Calibrating Air for making this a great experience.

This is a great & professional company. We called asking for help bc our furnace had been giving us fits on and off for a couple of weeks. The guys Neal and Bryan came out and the extent of what they did to make sure our heater was running at top performance was amazing. They went on top of our roof (after snow and huge cold snap) to make sure all was well up there and then they even went under our house to install a new tube for drainage! They were polite, hardworking & determined to find what the on-going issue was for us! It's been humming along fiine since then & w couldn't be happier! Oh did I mention we live in Peyton and they are based in COS. We are on a regular maintenance plan with them and feel we are in great hands all year around with Calibrating Air Heating and Cooling. & will reccomend them to anyone who asks for a referral!!!

They have come to our house to install a new furnace and air conditioner since and have changed a valve due to a small gas leak. They are so pleasant on the phone and they respond so fast. When they get here their customer service is impeccable! They also explain things very well and I completely understand what they did before they leave and we never feel like coming here at a late hour is an inconvenience for them, they are always so happy to help. Calibrating Air Heating & Cooling is making a huge difference in my furnace! I haven't been in the house long and thanks to them, my heating and cooling is going to be such a huge difference. At a time where customer services seems to be a lost art, Calibrating Air is top notch. My water heater went out, Dave arrived within 2 hours of my call. The water heater really could not be fixed. Dave called the office and Chad delivered a new water heater and stayed to help install. Very professional and considerate of me, my house and my dogs. It's nice to find a service you can trust.

Before today I would have probably given Calibrating four stars. Today, I started to give them two stars, but decided it was probably fair to split the difference. My previous experience was that they did good work, but their prices were higher than most others. Anyway, I called them today to schedule a fix for my HVAC system and was basically told they were firing us as clients.

While the person I spoke to did not tell us why, I can only imagine that this stems from a water heater issue they were trying to help us with. We were really hesitant about the fix they were proposing, especially for the price, but they assured us that if the fix did not resolve the issue they would provide a refund. We went forward with the fix, but it did not resolve the issue. After some back and forth we did ultimately receive a refund for the cost. They then recommended we speak with a plumber, which we did and have since resolved our problems.

My problem with this situation is that they accepted looking at the water heater and offered the refund if the fix proposed did not work. However, it seems because we held them to their word, they no longer want to do business with us.
