David was fast, efficient, and very clean. When I mentioned the cost of the fireplace cleaning was a little pricey, he immediately outlined High Altitudes’s customer service agreements that would save me a significant amount on service for my fireplace, furnace, and AC over a 3 year period. The tip was much appreciated and I signed up on the spot and received a discount on a new blower that was installed. Have already scheduled them back for service on my furnace!

I researched a great HVAC company to install a by-pass humidifier and decided to try High Altitude because they were recommended by neighbors and they received great reviews. I received a quick email back from Marla with a quote and was able to get me scheduled fairly quickly. Adam was my tech and he was very professional and knew what he was doing. I had some weird wonky things with my furnace that prevented him from doing the job the first time but once my furnace issue was resolved, I scheduled Adam to return to install the humidifier. He did it quickly and made sure everything worked the way it's supposed to. He was very patient to explain the various things I need to pay attention to to have a long lasting system. I am very happy with the install and the folks from High Altitude that I encountered. I would definitely recommend High Altitude Heating & Air for all my future HVAC needs.

Eric and staff are outstanding! David, Joe and others are experts, engaged with customers, listen and get it right. When we moved within Colorado Springs the new house AC wasn’t cooling enough and it had a code for “restriction” (inspector missed it). Our previous HVAC service had some personnel turnover so I thought I’d look at other companies. I saw some good reviews for High Altitude and called them and Eric designed and installed an additional return air duct and airflow restriction was solved. Can’t say enough about them, thanks High Altitude!

HVAC cleaning and service; we had requested a quote via the Yelp app. Response was within a few minutes. I scheduled the appointment via their website. The technician Adam come out, a very courteous and considerate fella. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers to walk through the house. Did his thing and said everything is in great condition, and wished us a great weekend. Service met all my expectations, I'd certainly use them again, and I'd recommend them as well.

I was highly impressed with High Altitude Heating & Air. I used them a couple years ago so called them back to come and service my gas fireplace. My appointment was scheduled in a short amount of time, the tech arrive on time and complete the work quickly and competently, taking care not to make a mess in my family room. Highly recommend giving them a call!

David and Caleb arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment and immediately started in on the fireplace. They serviced 2 furnaces after finishing the fireplace and then serviced the tankless water heater. they found an issue with the water heater and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Very professional, courteous, showing attention to detail and cleanliness for each machine they serviced. Great pricing for their services and we recommend High Altitude Heating & Air for their outstanding service.

I called High Altitude over the July 4 weekend due to a severe condensation leak from our air handler. Eric returned my call promptly after the weekend and Joe arrived the same afternoon. He quickly located a replacement condensation pan and installed it. More importantly, he determined that the leak was caused by the heat exchanger having melted a spot in the condensation pan, and he took the time to adjust the gas mixture and the fan speed in the heater to prevent a recurrence. I appreciate High Altitude's prompt response, Joe's expertise in diagnosing and fixing the root cause of the problem, and his willingness to share his thought process with me as he was finding and fixing the problem. It's very difficult to find quality home and appliance repair services today, so I'm grateful to have found a company I can trust to do quality work. I will continue to call High Altitude to take care of my heating and air conditioning in the future.

I requested a quote for a fireplace cleaning. They were the first to call me back with a quote. I was able to book the appointment online within a week of talking to them. Kaleb came to my house to do the cleaning. The gas fireplace cleaning took an hour. I so appreciated how thorough he was. So professional and kind. Kaleb took the time to walk me through how to properly turn on and off our gas fireplace. Excellent service, High Altitude Heating and Air!

David at High Altitude Heating & Air is awesome and saves the world one gas leak at a time! During a routine heater and fireplace check, he found a gas leak where a nail had pierced our stove’s gas line about 5-years ago. The nail had stared to come lose and gas was seeping out, but not enough that we blew up before he found it! His first choice of gas dude wasn’t immediately available, his second choice wasn’t available for over a week, and he stayed with me while I made the calls to arrange for us to get it fixed the next day. (He also did things I don't understand so that we had heat in winter until we could get the line fixed.) We are now safe and I want to share that I really appreciate the customer service! I will continue to use High Altitude Heating & Air to care for my heater, fireplaces, and air conditioner!

2019 Update ~ I am so happy to see David (and Adam) again today! Thank you for maintaining our heating and air. Still amazingly grateful for saving our lives last year. As always, amazing customer service!

Eric and his team of professionals have made the unpleasant surprise of having to replace our furnace into a much easier thing and we are actually glad it happened now.
