High Altitude Heating & Air Colorado Springs

The tech, David Allen, was very personable. He was very thorough and efficient in servicing our two gas fireplaces. He cleaned up after the job was done very well. I would definitely recommend them.

So impressed with High Altitude Heating and Air! Kind, professional, informative and honest - from the first phone call to Julie to Adam doing more than expected when he was here. I highly recommend this businees.....and will continue using them for all my HVAC needs!

So, I show up to my rental at 8:30, the place is 48 degrees. I'm meeting my new tenant at 10:00 for a walk thru. Called the office at 9:15 expecting to get put on the repair schedule for end of the week. Julie said there just happened to be an opening and a tech would be there within the hour. The diagnosis was a bad blower motor. Just over 3 hours later and the heat is on! It's no wonder I have used them on all of my properties!

David and Caleb came to clean our fireplace. had it doen a few years ago by another company, but these fellows rfeally shined. Pros in every way! Let me know when they were on the way. Cleaned things 100%. I was totally impressed. will call this company again especially when my furnace needs replacing in the future.

We had Eric come to our home today to service our fireplace. He was on time, and did a great job. Very professional and friendly, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use him again in the future!!

David was a true professional that looked out for the customers best interest. He was able to not only fix the problem, but used testing equipment to narrow the issue down. That was a first for us after using other company's that did a lot of guess work. I highly recommend High Altitude.

I was laid off earlier this year due to the pandemic. So cash has been tight. Lo and behold, my furnace decides to conk out the first day of snow after a beautiful warm week.😓
Earlier I had a different HVAC technician come out to my house. He goes under my house for 2 minutes and tells I need a brand new part and it's going to cost me well over a thousand dollars....
I felt like he was lieing to me.
Nobody with that much certainty tells me what the issue is. Then provides me ONLY the most expensive option after spending a measly two minutes looking at my furnace.
So I lied to him and said I'd call him back later.

I then called High Altitude Heating and Air. They said someone would be here between 12:00 and 2:00pm but Kaleb was here around 11:00am. Bless him. :)
Kaleb spent reasonable time figureing out what the problem was. Came out and told me the truth (something COMPLETELY different than what the other guy told me earlier), put everything back together, turned it back on, and now everything's working again.
I want a credit Kaleb Woodard and High Altitude Heating and Air, with saving me from being conned out of a lot of needed money during this difficult time.

Eric was awesome and personable. I hired him to service my fireplace, furnace, and level my ac unit. He did everything no problem and at a great price. I highly recommend him.

What a pleasure to see "Joe" arrive for the service call. He had serviced our system for years until Wright went out of business and left us adrift. He is a true pro and you are fortunate to have him. We look forward to seeing him twice a year for many years.
