Over the past 2 months, I have had 2 different emergencies with my heating and hot water heater. Both situations happened as the weekend approached and other businesses were closed or operated on shortened hours. I called MileHi HVAC out of the blue and it has turned out to be the best experience with service professionals I've had in a long, long time.

In both situations the receptionist(secretary/scheduler), Tracy was polite, concerned and efficient. She did not promise anything but made every attempt to solve my problems quickly and for a fair price. She did research to find a product, prompted workers to help out on short notice and continually followed up to ensure that my experience was good. Both HVAC professionals that stopped by the house were polite, extremely knowledgeable and showed great pride in their work.

Ultimately, I look for someone I can trust and a company whose work can be trusted as well. MileHi HVAC is one of very few companies that I will continue to call for any and all HVAC problems or questions that arise for me in the future

Over the last three days I've had an issue with the second of two hot water heaters installed at my home by MileHiHVAC. Both failed after a short period of time due to manufacturing problems. But MILEHIHVAC was able to help problem solve multiple issues, stay late to try to resolve the problems and ultimately go beyond what I needed or ask for to give me a quality outcome. All warranties were honored and the work was done seamlessly.

A HUGE shout out to Chris who patiently attempted numerous fixes, offered helpful explanations of the problems encountered and ultimately provided me a great outcome. Simply put, he was what one wants and hopes for in a plumber and technician.

I just had my 17 year old water heater replaced with a 12 year warranty, 50 gallon Rheem Performance Platinum by MileHiHVAC.com Not only were they the lowest price by several hundred dollars, they gave a 5% senior discount and replaced the water heater the next day. Tracy in the office was fantastic and Vladimir was professional, thorough and efficient. The water heater passed inspection with flying colors! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience with Mile Hi HVAC. My home warranty company was dragging their feet, and after a week without hot water I decided to take matters into my own hands. I called Mile Hi at 12:00, they were at my house by 1:00 and the entire water heater was replaced by 2:00.

MileHi HVAC installed a water heater for me, a Rheem, and did an excellent job doing it. puts my old one to shame. The technician had to remove the washer and dryer and did it with ease. He installed the water heater with no problems. He was very professional and cleaned up as he went. Geno kept me informed with the process and was very honest and friendly about my questions. He always communicated with me as to what needed to be done. The technicians did a great job and worked over the weekend to accommodate my schedule. I am very impressed with how MileHi HVAC responds to the costumer.

I received bids from 5 HVAC companies to replace my A/C. MileHi HVAC came in at the lowest price. They installed my A/C within a couple of days and the installer, Chris, did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company and products.

I had same day response on May 11 2020. It was the BEST price for a 40 gal gas water heater. They came out an hour after my call. The technician was in and out quick. No issues. I would recommend paying cash because they do charge a 3% convenience fee for card. My water heater replacement service also had to be up to code because I didn't have an extra 2 gal hot water thingy which protects from getting too much pressure, it added on an additional fee, which wasn't an issue because in my city limits there is a requirement for your water heater to have it up to code. When you go with professionals they will make sure you meet code. No big deal. Speedy, friendly, and economical service. Tracy I believe helped me over the phone, nice customer service as well. An added bonus was that their fees are up front. Unlike some people I have dealt with in the past who charge trip charge and other hidden fees at the end of service. Not these guys. I had an invoice itemizing my service emailed to me promptly before the tech got there so I knew what EXACTLY I was paying for. Good old fashioned up front servicemen/women. Thanks guys.

Highly recommend Mike High HVAC. We had a leaking hot water heater and Tracy got techs out here within a couple hours to replace the unit. The techs were polite, professional and did a great job all completed under an hour. Best prices in town. You won’t be disappointed.
