A1 service! From the front office (Joanie) to their experts (Shane) to their installers (Tucker & Vladimir). Great bunch of professionals that know their trade. And you can't beat their prices either. Today, I had a 2.5 ton AC unit installed by Tucker. This young man is a quality individual. Explained what he was doing and at the end he walked me through the project. He asked if I had any questions and explained both the install and manufacturer's warranties. AC works like a charm and I'm completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company. Forget Lowe's or Home Depot, MileHi HVAC is the way to go!

Spoke to Tracy about getting a new water heater because mine died. Mile High was lowest estimate and came out the next day. Vladimir came out got our new one installed quickly. My water heater went out, had another company come out and give me an estimate. They wanted twice as much as MileHI HVAC!! Called MileHI and they had my new water heater up and running by 4pm that same day!! Very friendly, very responsive, even reached out the following day to make sure everything was good & to remind me to sign up for my warranty. Will definitely recommend them.

We had a slight emergency and contacted a few companies. This was the first one where i received a call immediately asking how they could help me despite the fact i had called past their business hours. Someone came out the next day to our home, fixed our AC unit, replaced a bad wire, and installed a new thermostat within a couple hours. The technician kept me well informed throughout the whole process and was very friendly. We have had 3 other big namebrand companies assess our air conditioner in the past that do not compare to the professionalism and efficiency this company offers.
