Honest, reliable and professional. We have been using them for many years and we have only wonderful things to say about them. They installed a humidifier for us in the spring and when we started the furnace up recently we weren't sure if it was working properly. They came out to check and advised it is working fine and since the weather has been unseasonably warm, the furnace wasn't running as often, so neither was the humidifier. Service specialist put our minds at ease. We know we can always count on them to be honest, fair and respectful.

Excellent service. This company is ran by the owner who takes great pride in his work. Within a week of requesting a quote James was at my house. In addition to providing me with a very competitive quote, James also educated my on my HVAC system as a whole, making me a very informed homeowner. Ten days later my new AC unit was installed. The work is well done, the employees professional, and my expectations are met. The employees also educated me about my new AC unit, and I feel confident that I will not have issues in the future. Tech arrived promptly and replaced my Heating System . Second Tech arrived to assist the first repairman. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. James the Owner came to the residence and made sure I was happy with the Service provided. He explained all that was being installed to my satisfaction. I had my 1st experience with having a heater replaced in my house. From the time the owner called for an appointment to inspect it, to the installation of the new heater, absolutely incredible service. Moore Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my AC, furnace and water heater. James, the owner, came over, walked me through everything they needed to do. I explained I was having trouble heating my daughter's bedrooms and that barely any air was coming out of the vents. James suggested replacing the standard furnace fan with a larger one. Even with the additional cost of a bigger fan their price was better than the quote I got from another contractor and my kids are warm!! I was very pleased with installation and the crew they sent out. I highly recommend using them.
