From start to finish The company was extremely professional not only with the work but letting us know of there arrival time. When Patrick left to get a part he as well kept us updated. We also received a call from James the owner to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The great thing was the price very fair. And on a Saturday no doubt. TWO THUMBS UP. THANK you.

I would give no stars if I could. I'm a previous customer of Moore Heating &AC. I bought my furnace and humidifier from them. Now I am looking to replace my AC. I call to set an appt. First problem is I had to say I wanted a new AC 4 times throughout the entire conversation before the lady understood what I was asking for. On the day of the appt the owner arrives 45 min late (In his defense he did call, I understand things come up). He tells me the estimate should take 2-3 days. 2 weeks pass and nothing. I call. The lady takes down my information says she will get it over to the owner right away and have him call me. Another week has passed. Still no call or email. I guess a returning customer isn't worth the time or energy for a phone call and/or estimate. Being a small business owner my returning customers are my bread and butter. They are the ones I take care of the most.

I have used and referred Moore Heating and Air Conditioning for more than 14 years and they are the BEST! They came within 2 hours of calling on July 3rd so it was a psuedo-holiday weekend. They diagnosed the problem and didn't say ANYTHING about needing a new unit! We're very happy with the service and their honesty!

We spent $8k on a new furnace and AC unit in the middle of summer. The first time we needed to use the heat it did not work. We called for service and were told we had to wait in line, as there were many others with broken furnaces as well. Really!?!? We spent that much on a furnace and get to wait...
