We were very happy with the service. Richie arrived timely and went right to work. Besides the furnace tune-up, he took the time to do a CO check on his own initiative (we didn’t have any issues/concerns with CO). When he finished he explained (verbally and by showing us) what he did and how the furnace was performing. Very friendly and personable. Great job!

Jerry was AMAZING, informative and such a great conversationalist. He arrived hours earlier (after calling to make sure that was okay) and provided me with a quick quote on central air installation. He explained what needed to be done in laymen's terms so I understood the costs associated. We’re still getting more quotes, but Jerry alone may have sold me on this business for the install.

I called this Company early in the morning requesting AC service as my AC was out and the sweet lady on the phone was very polite and set me up a schedule for me in the afternoon. I got a call 2 hours before my actual appointment from Tom requesting that if he can come now. Tom showed up wore a masked and put on his shoe covers before he enter the house. He asked what was wrong with AC and went straight to work. He found that 1 of the fuses was out and another piece that goes in the AC unit is worn out and needed to be replaced soon. He informed me that I didn’t have to pay anything now he also informed that my AC unit is 20 yrs old needed to be replaced soon. I went ahead and agreed for him to replace the new piece for the AC, replaces both fuses and cleaned out the AC filters. He did an outstanding job that AC starts blowing cold air. The guy is awesome and knows his job. I recommend Tom and the service he provided was super great. Thank you so much Tom. Good job!!

Richie Goddard is a great asset to the company. He has great knowledge of HVAC systems and likely issues that are problematic. He not only fixed the initial diagnosed problem with the installation of the furnace he found another one. He also has an amazing attitude and work ethic.
