One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

It took 3 tries to get this routine maintenance done. That is the only reason this is not a 5 star review. The first appointment I had a 4 hour window and the technician never showed up. When I called the office they said he reported he knocked on the door and I didn't answer. I told them I had been in the kitchen and have a perfectly good doorbell which he could have rung and I would have heard. They scheduled a different tech to come back next week and I insisted I be first on the list. When he hadn't shown up by 10:30 I called quite ready to change companies. The person apologized and explained their computer program was down and they had no way of knowing who was on the schedule. We rescheduled again to be first in the day and Tom showed up on time and did an excellent job and explained that everything was operating perfectly and no problems were seen with my system. He was friendly, answered my questions directly and did his work quickly and neatly wearing a mask and booties. He gets 5 stars.
