Highly recommend Mighty Pine Heating & Air! Our furnace failed during extreme cold spell prior to Christmas. A technician came out the next day to attempt a repair. Ended up needing to replace the furnace. Their bid was the best and Darwin explained all the details including financing options. Got quality furnace & AC and Xcel incentives. The installation was excellent--thank you Manuel and crew! You guys worked steadily and did an outstanding job. My mechanical engineer husband was impressed. Completed in 1 day. Thank you!

Called to have a Hot Water Heater serviced. Yet at the end of the service no hot water available. They did not call to ask what time reschedule. The technician came when no one was available at our home. 4 hours 3 text and 2 phone calls later they asked me to send a review. I would recommend researching anther company. At lest SS3 Mechanical fixed the problem properly. You had the ability to speak to a human and ask questions. Now we are dollars bills.

They sent someone out to diagnose my furnace on the same day it was the coldest day in 30 years, my furnace died that night before. He was so nice and thorough. He couplet it running after he tried everything and worked it out that he got someone to install a new system the next morning. Manuel came out at 8am the next day and worked all day to get my new system running by himself. He worked all day and I had heat by that evening. They have the best customer service I’ve ever encountered and will use them for all my needs going forward. He installed a new A/C system as well and will return this spring to get it running, no charge. Thank you!

Had furnace replacement during cold snap, sales went out of their way to provide temporary space heaters & additional carbon monoxide testing. Installation was great. Office responsive. Only negative was delay in getting City of Lakewood business license which delayed the final inspection.

Had strange noise from furnace blower. Called, got a quick response came on time very friendly, knowledgeable, did a thorough check up found the noise (arose g ducting just below filter added a stabilizer, then checked efficiency and CO levels. Outstanding response and plan to use for future needs, and already recommended them to others

Mighty Pines was fantastic! When our furnace quit, they came out the following day, checked each potential problem from simple (and inexpensive) to complicated (and expensive). The technician showed me each step and then gave me three different choices for a positive and potential long term solution. I felt heard and respected, and in the end made the right decision. Revised rating - 5 stars: Mighty Pine is the best! I had given a 3-star review previously as I was disappointed with an inexperienced technician who performed a routine cleaning/inspection a couple weeks ago. The owner graciously said he would refund my money. I told Lynette, their office manager, that I preferred they keep the money but send out an experienced person to make sure we don't have any safety issues (our air quality seems to be worse since the furnace kicked on a couple months ago). Not only did they send a very knowlegeable person (Nick), but they sent him out the evening before the appointment when our furnace went out with temperatures below zero. Nick discovered the problem (reset button) and did a great job explaining the situation and our options for extending the life of our 18-year old furnace. Previous review: "I had our furnace cleaned and inspected, since it had been several years. When I asked the technician about the pros/cons of my permanent, electrostatic HEPA filter versus the typical disposable ones - he said he had never seen one before. I think I will just clean the furnace myself next time. He was more knowledgeable about the process for signing me up for their annual spring/fall service, but I passed on that."

These guys are so helpful. From the receptionist to the techs, I have always been treated well.
They get the job done, are always informative and perfectionist in their work.

Neko was out today for a preventative AC check, he has been my tech on previous visits, he is so thoughtful and detailed in his work, again I highly recommend Mighty Pine for all HVAC needs!!!

Dustin arrived right on time. He tuned-up my furnace and changed the filter. He reported to me everything he did and answered all my questions about my heating system. Very friendly and thorough. Honest and fairly priced business. I’ve always had excellent communication and service (including installation of a new water heater last year) with Mighty Pine. I will continue to use Might Pine for all my heating system needs.

Mighty Pine was amazing! They quickly helped me out in an emergency. They were thorough, professional, and their work was terrific. Could not recommend them more. Will continue to use them for any needs in the future.
