Mighty Pine Heating & Air

Fantastic service from Mighty Pine. When my heat went out and I needed a new HVAC system, they were able to install very quickly. A new one is never going to be cheap, but my legacy system was 18 years old, and I've heard the average lifespan is 15-20 years. Plus, its inside was coated with rust, evidently preventing proper heat exchange. So a new one was fully justified. The replacement is much better -- more efficient, keeps the house warmer, and I get a spiffy new wifi-controlled thermostat. I also had Mighty Pine replace my rusted out water heater awhile back. I always feel like my mechanical systems are in good hands with MP.

Our old Carrier system was 15 years old. I didn't want a surprise when it failed so I elected to have and entirely new system installed. I contacted 8 companies locally here in the Denver area, got quotes from 7 of them (1 never showed up nor called to reschedule). After much thought I decided that Mighty Pine fit my needs and I chose a Rheem system. These guys are the best. Do NOT hesitate to call them for any of your HVAC needs. They are honest, attentive, show up on time, come back if something isn't right, and just good people. They scheduled our replacement for July 5th & 6th, 2022 and were here on time, worked and sweated in a tight space and recommended a 2 stage, multispeed 96% efficient furnace and a single stage 3 Ton 16 SEER A/C system. I also did a lot of research and put in a REME/Halo air purifier. Install went quickly and I'm sitting in my home after only 1 day and night without air and as cool as can be. I can't thank these guys enough. Don't believe all the BS and scare tactics that you'll hear from other HVAC companies. Go with the best and call Mighty Pine. I also put a new 5T A/C system in a relative's house and used them as well. Install went great (until the power went out thanks XCEL energy) and they came back the next day and completed the job. Judd and team came out same day to install a Rheem furnace after our Amana crapped out. Same day installation as well ~5 hours and good to go!

The company sent me a photo of the technician and a time frame when he would be on his way. Then I got another message 30 minutes before his arrival. I love this feature as it allowed me to be free to answer the door and speak with Mike when he got here and not be on a work related call/meeting. Our furnace has been rattling. We explained the situation, Mike provided input and options for solutions. We went with a tune up and signed up for the membership which includes the AC tune up. We're getting a quote from Mighty on repair parts and labor for the furnace. The tune up went well, nothing unusual, we learned about other items we need to look for when troubleshooting. However, if anything major happens to our furnace or AC - we are calling Mighty Pine to fix it! I liked the straightforward approach, didn't try to upsell services I didn't need, timeliness and affordability.

Neko & Dustin did a great job installing air supplies and a return in my basement, despite some space challenges. Highly recommend, and will continue using Mighty Pine for everything HVAC related.

I attempted another service provider…but something didn’t sit right. I called up Mighty Pines and they were responsive and provided a thoughtful analysis of the my situation regarding my furnace. Ultimately they found a solution and saved me from spending $1,400 - $5,000. It seemed to me that they were more interested in finding a rational solution and build trust and long term relationships. I will absolutely call them again in the future.

Due to some anomalies on the exterior of my home, we had some issues with the refrigerant lines, but the folks at Mighty Pine found solutions and did a great job! I recommend their services!
