John the technician was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail what was wrong with our furnace. He was very polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to have him work on our furnace.

Thank to John who came by, he was a life saver. Our oil was leaking and we had no heat and he was a huge help. Thank you again.

The best was his ability to diagnose the problem from a noise I reported over the last few days, inspecting a few things and finding just what he suspected on opening parts the furnace mechanism. Today Gary came from Kaufman Fuel to check over our furnace and tank. He was very thorough measuring our tank and noting we had oil hot water.
He also filled our oil tank. All was done very efficiently.
And today I spoke to Pam in billing and she very patiently helped me set up automatic payments. Needless to say I am very pleased with Kaufman.

Service person was prompt, neat and explained all the work that was done upon leaving.

I have been a customer for over 25 years and have received excellent service from servicemen and customer service reps. That experience continued this morning when I spoke with Jonathen on the phone, he answered all my questions promptly and was very professional.

I wish I had found Kaufman Fuel years ago! Everyone there goes above and beyond for us, the customer. My 1st month with them my furnace broke....then my hot water heater.

Customer service was more than happy to work with me in a payment plan even though I was a new customer. I also got locked into a great oil price and monthly payment plan with my contract.

PS) After scrolling through reviews, it seems the negative ones are mainly pretty old. Obviously something's changed for the better!

Karissa told me how many gallons I had signed up for and how many gallons we used. She explained clearly the cost, current prices and Price Plan maximum. She even promised to send some of her clients to me so I could explain the plan to them.
