They gave me an efficient, quiet AC system at a good price. They were prompt to get back with a quote with only the options I would need with no pressure to over sell me. Their installers were an obviously experienced team who did a clean professional job. You won't go wrong using this company.

CJ at Artic Cool is the owner and he has taken great care of HVAC at our house in Maitland. We had boards go out our HVAC units, but the manufacturer doesn't have boards available, which put Artic Cool in a bad spot. CJ and Artic Cool have been out numerous times to rig our units until the boards are available from the manufacturer. Every time I call they go out of their way to help even though it's not their problem. The technicians are personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for HVAC purchase and repair.

Lynn came out and saved us from the Florida heat. Engaging, polite, informative, and above all extremely professional and thorough. Saturday on Memorial Day weekend, he went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable home.

Not only that, but he took the time to explain the cause of the issues and the repairs he performed. Even had some suggestions on how to avoid future issues which other techs/companies didnt notice. Absolute gem of a professional. Would honestly recommend over and over again.

They were cautious make it look nice and cleaned up after. No dust at all in our bedroom. We sleep nice and cool on summer nights. I love it

My AC compressor blew out and Arctic Cool was quick to come out assess the issue and unfortunately it warranted a new unit. CJ was quick to take care of me from the business side of things and Chris, the technician, was very nice and professional. Arctic was able to get everything done the same day which was fantastic for me and my wife. 100% Recommend these guys.

Michael is the man! Our compressor went out this morning and by the afternoon he had it running again with cool air flowing. We have worked with Michael a few times now and he always goes above and beyond! We highly recommend Arctic Cool!

My AC went out on a sunday and I couldn't get intouch with my service tech. I called artic cool and the tech came right out. They don't service my brand of AC but they went the extra mile to find the part I needed. There prices are higher than the company I use but the tech was great and I would definitely use in the future.

These guys are the bomb!! I highly recommend them!! My compressor went out for the second time in two years. Eric and Alex were very patient explaining what makes a compressor go bad. They replaced my compressor and all the components related to the compressor. They also replaced another part that was not replaced when my system was installed four years ago. I feel like they made my system work better than possibly the day is was installed four years ago. They were here when they said they would be here. Charged a very fair price!

Artic Cool had serviced my AC’s for a few years and I had alway been pleased with their office and field guys. Thus, when my 17 year old Trane AC unit was was showing signs of being at its end of life, I wanted to continue to work with them. I bit the bullet and requested a quote for very a high SEER unit. Chris recommended an Amana 19 SEER inverter system that had a lifetime warranty on the compressor! It took about 1 month to get the system in but with the supply chain issues, I was pleasantly surprised and got what I wanted instead of what was just available. The Arctic Cool install team worked 8 -5 removing the old and installing the new system, were very professional, answered all of my questions and did a great job cleaning up before they left.

Artic Cool serviced my old unit for several years. So when it needed replacing I stayed with them to install a new system. These guys show up on time and do the agreed work in a professional manner. They improved the setup of the filter and drain line, installed the entire system and cleaned up on the way out. Everyone was very polite, answered all my many questions and at a reasonable price. Happy customer.
