Drain line clogged causes unit to shut down all together late in the afternoon
Called and left message. owner called within minutes scheduled visit. Did not need ac overnight as house is well insulated ( amazing as I live in SW Florida and it is August).Tech arrived early AM 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. Performed all routine Maintenance as well as unclogging the drain line and treating to help prevent the clogging. All done in about an hour and charged only for routine maintenance

Started with Nice Air about 8 years ago and had them install 2 new systems in my house. The pricing, installation and customer service were everything that I could have hoped for. On the rare occasion that I have had a problem, Nice Air has responded by phone almost immediately and usually has been here within 24 hrs. Any repair or routine service has been performed promptly and professionally. I've had the same technicians servicing my systems for 8 years so they know the house, AC systems and their history. The technicians are very courteous and thoroughly explain what's happening. I'd give Nice Air 6 stars if the rating system allowed it!

Had appointment time between 10:00 and 1:00. Carlos called prior to arriving promptly at the expected time. He explained in advance what he was going to do. Quickly inspected the AC unit following standard debugging protocols. Explained what he was doing and why through the complete process. In the end he checked everything out and left with the AC unit in good working order. Would recommend Carlos and Nice Air to anyone looking for AC repair.

Called Nice Air to look at my Bryant HVAC system as the fan was not stopping even after the temperature setting was reached. Chris came out and found the issue within 10 minutes. Although he did not have the part with him he came back according to my schedule and fixed it quickly. Chris was very professional and polite. I recommend Nice Air to anyone looking for an honest, professional company.

Randy and I had a wonderful experience with Nice Air. Our AC went out at 8pm on a Friday night. By 8am Saturday Carlos was at the front door to fix the issue. He was very professional. He let me know the problem and explained the preventative maintenance we could do on a monthly basis to prevent future clogging. We will definitely use Nice Air for our future AC needs.

Jason was amazing. He had us up and running from phone call to repair in less then 3 hours on a Sunday. He gave me all my options and didn’t try to sell me one way or another. We highly recommend to use this business.
