Chris, Nice Air Technician, just left our home. When he arrived, it was warm and; getting warmer. When he left, it was getting cooler!!! Quick response, short visit, competent technician. good job! Would highly recommend. Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Carlos was great! He fixed out AC unit in less than two hours, including the time it took for him to pick up the part. It was a great price as well! Will be recommending to friends and family.

My mother recently had an issue with in the wall AC units in her home. They came out and took very good care of her and I am very impressed. She lives within a mobile home community so these homes are tricky to work in sometimes and the kindness they showed her goes far and beyond any expectations. I personally will be a customer going forward and I know my mother will never call anyone else. Thank you all very much for what you did.

Carlos is awesome! He came out to my place twice to fix my A/C and heater and was a gentleman both times. The pricing was fair: $79 service call plus the price of the parts to fix the unit if any. He gave us a discount on the second service call because he realized it was something he missed the first time. I couldn't have asked for better.

This company is the best you want to deal with. They are very professional and will go out of their way for you . When you call they come no matter what. You can depend on them correcting the problem. If it can’t be fixed they are honest about it. They are not going to sell you something if you don’t need it. They are polite and courteous every time. Rick, the owner will come if the problem is not corrected to make sure of what’s going on. I have been with them for over 10 years and don’t plan on leaving them. I highly recommend them for any AC needs. He also has the most wonderful help, Carlos and Chris.

Chris did an awesome job finding the problem with our a/c unit. We kept having a fuse blow and couldn’t figure out why. He came out and had the answer in a matter of mins! We thought we would have to replace a fairly expensive part to get things fixed but he managed to find a solution that didn’t break the bank! They understand that this stuff can be expensive and do their best to find solutions instead of just pushing products. We will definitely be using them for all our a/c needs in the future!!
