Jason was thorough in explaining all he did for the system maintenance today and explaining the status of my a/c system. He also told me about a deal that included installing a system surge protector which he was able to install immediately. All in all a great experience from Bayside and especially Jason. Thank you

I have been using bayside for 2 years now on multiple properties. I had been thru a lot of different company's and wish I would have found them earlier. They have always been very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your ac needs. They have some of the best technicians that I have every met. Horrible. I have been a customer for over 7 years bought 3 AC units for myself and my family business. I called for service on a unit I purchased in 2019. They went to the wrong house. Manager stated that if Bayside called and I did not pick up the phone right away they would not do anything and leave. Temperature was 97 degrees and an older person that was ill occupies the home. Manager rudely responded by screaming at me. I also got gouged on the price. Unacceptable. Too bad I referred 6 customers to them. There are more professional companies out there. The technician however that made the service call was very nice, perhaps management could learn from him. I will start looking elsewhere for the next AC unit I was planning on purchasing next month. Pity.

We have had an annual maintenance contract with Bayside for many, many years. They have always been professional, thorough, on time, and friendly. They always take time to explain what is going on and what might be needed to keep our heating and AC features performing at high levels.

I have used Bayside on three different occasions to replace an existing AC system. I flip houses and for me it's a no brainer to put in a quality system for the new owner.
