They cleaned my duct work and provided me 2 free AC maintenance which I thought was great. This was not my normal company I used but my typical AC company didn't do duct cleaning. They came and did my AC Maintenace and installed the float switch upside down. I contacted my normal ac company when my AC didn't work when I needed it a few days later. I was not thinking it had anything to do with the routine maintenance that had happen. I paid the service fee for the AC company to tell me that the safety switch/float switch was installed upside down when they cleaned out my drain line. I contacted them hoping they would reimburse me the service fee but that was a big no. I will not have them back at my house for anything further.

Had this company call my husband offering him an introductory offer to use them for the routine maintenance on our AC. We just bought a new home and are actually having issues with the AC unit so we took them up on the offer to come check it out. They scheduled us for 3pm and never showed up. At 3:30 they sent a text message saying they waited 30 minutes and no one was home so they left. First of all, I was home the entire time in my office with the windows open and a clear few of the front of the home, on top of that our security cameras show as well that nobody ever showed up to our home. My advice for this company would be if you are having to reschedule a job, don't lie and blame it on the customer saying they weren't home. You just lost our business when a simple call to reschedule would've sufficed.

Really happy with their service! They came out today and fixed my AC and the bill was way less than I expected (my neighbor was surprised because she recently got ripped off by another company) The technician was very nice and polite and it took him no time at all to fix it. I have cold air again! Yay!!

It took me a year to write this review just to be certain I wasn't being unfair or rushing to conclusions. But truly this is the worst company I could have picked to install my new $5700 AC. First the electric company they rely on for primary and final inspection, BOSS ELECTRIC, overlooked $8,000 dollars of required electrical upgrades. So after they install the system, and the city inspection fails, BOSS ELECTRIC comes back and offers to fix the problems for another $5k. WHY would I want BOSS ELECTRIC to fix everything they overlooked? BOSS ELECTRIC was hired by BAYSIDE HEATING AND AIR, so they aren't working in the homeowners favor. It may be paranoia, but I feel like the Bayside salesman who sold me the system takes a commission from Bayside and potentially a second commission from BOSS ELECTRIC if hired for required repairs. So this $5700 AC which I was barely able afford actually cost me over $13,000 because I was under the impression either the AC company, BAYSIDE HEATING AND AIR, or the electrical company BOSS ELECTRIC would have mentioned any one of the 12 problems that failed inspection.

once they were paid, I got the run around on the phone some 15 - 20 times. To get anything done I had to go into the office several times and raise my voice so everyone and anyone with authority could hear me. constantly, CONSTANTLY denying responsibility.

That was June of 2021. Everything just pass inspection today May 10 2022. THANKS RED ROYAL ELECTRIC!
