At first we were very disappointed with service call from this company, and made a complaint to them stating same. Manager immediately responded and took affirmative action and we are VERY IMPRESSED with recommendation. We will see if follow up earns them the 5 star review. More to come...

Have used them for years. Never any issues. Used contractors hvac company on a remodel. Had coastal come out to fix what other company fouled up.

We have maintenance agreement, the gentleman showed up for appointment didn't bring filters thought I should have them, I said I thought that was what I was paying them for. Said they would order them and call to schedule to put them in, meanwhile I also mentioned one of units were not cooling properly and he never did anything about it. Two weeks later I call the office the girl tells me the filters are in but yet no one called me to tell me or schedule. I don't recommend this company, not good follow up.
