A great guy, communicates all aspects of what he is here to do and easily any questions. Makes much appreciated suggestions based on his inspections and service. As a homeowner and owner of a remodeling company myself i have high regards for Jorge and Coastal Cooling !

I have worked with this company and Ron Zajak the owner for many years. We use them for both our home and our business (medical). I have three double coated dogs, that shed. Constantly. They work very hard to help me keep my filters clean, to decrease dander and fur. I appreciate the constant assistance in this task!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COASTAL COOLING! Here is why. We just moved to the area 8 months ago and needed HVAC company to install a new mini split system in our garage and begin a maintenance program on our House HVAC system. Coastal cooling came highly recommended. Rick who came out to evaluate our house for the mini split system was very professional, answered all our questions and gave us an estimate very quickly for the mini split. He also thoroughly explained their maintenance program. Shelly from the office is a pleasure to work with and returns calls quickly. The installers were pleasant professional and they explained thoroughly the new mini split system. The maintenance program cost is very fair. The technician was very thorough and even informed us we had a circuit breaker in our electrical box that was strati good to go bad. As a new resident of the area, I am skeptical about using new companies, but we are very pleased with Coastal Cooling and will continue use their services for a very long time!

Called Coastal today in an effort to get a system they installed 2 years ago working again. The technician who called back after 2 calls to answering service was outright rude, leaving me stunned at the complete lack of customer service.
I canceled the request for service and called a different company. Being treated unprofessionally and as though any service they provide after hours is a favor is a bit more than anyone should have to deal with. After hours fees on a Sunday are a given, bad attitudes and mean technicians are not.

Prompt after hours help. Full explanation of problem and had my a/c running again in less than 45 minutes of his arrival. Recommended inexpensive improvement now that I've added a full house generator. Mike is always pleasant, informative, and makes me feel less anxious than when he arrived. I have faith that he has my best interests at heart, and I have therefore been a Coastal Cooling customer for years.

Our family has used Costal Coolings services for all of our homes for the last 8 years. Three years ago we had to replace our system for a new one. Their prices for our new air system were fair, this particular machine much better then what we had prior and installation went very smooth. Coastal cooling has always been there to regularly service all of our air conditioning needs so we may stay COMFORTABLE and COOL in the heat of the warmer months. Thank you 😎

I was very impressed by the professionalism of Alan as he provided a proposal to replace my AC system. He was thorough; he listened and was not pushy. Although, in the end, I decided not to accept the very competitive bid of Coastal Cooling for the project, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their HVAC needs.
