I've never experienced such poor quality in workmanship as I have with this company. We're going on a 3rd visit now and my very basic/routine issue is still not fixed.

*Multiple dispatches for repeat clog.
*Dispatch did not even tell me someone was coming and someone showed up to my door unannounced.
*Over 3 techs sent to house and none speak english --- which is fine but no way to communicate problem.

*Vital AC broke my AC unit causing leaks.
*Vital AV claimed they did not break it and lied.
*Vital AC later admitted fault and dispatched tech to repair
*Tech sprayed plasti-dip on the component they broke instead of proper replace.

I would NEVER recommend this AC company to anyone that cares about the property in question.

Unethical, lazy, and incompetent service is the only kind i have received so far. I am trying to be polite but the service rendered has been inexcusable.

Worth noting that i am still having the same issue with my AC now that i was when Vital was initially dispatched almost 2 years ago.

Lisa is very friendly but that does not make the AC work.

Not sure what else to say --- dont use Vital AC....

Condo notified me of damage to my a/c unit on the roof. Repairs had to be done immediately. Called Lisa who had someone there the next morning. Repairs were completed cleanup was done. Price was very reasonable and would recommend Vital to everyone. Also maintenance of unit last two years no one tried to sell me anything that wasn't needed.

I had problems with two units in my house and was lucky to have a great technician, Luccas, coming over. He took all the time needed to figure out what was wrong and did an exceptional job on them. I’m very happy with Vital A/C and will definitely call them again when the time comes.

Even in the summer where there is a rush of many customers do well done, with care and when I have questions I still counted on the help of very effective customer service. I can recommend and advertise this company free of charge because I know they value quality.

I have excellent experience with Warley, Ron and the rest of the crew have been very courteous to us and assisted us in getting our airconditioner back to cooling and operating properly. Warley, the owner of the company is an honest man that will go above and beyond to satisfy his customer. Out of the five air conditioning companies that came out to my house, Warley from Vital AC was the only company that diagnosed the problem correctly and saved me thousands of dollars from having to buy a new ac system. My air conditioning was blowing hot air one afternoon. The next day, I called another air conditioning company that I found from a google search(not Vital) to come out and take a look at it. The ac technician immediately asked how old is your ac system ( I told him 13 years) and he proceeded to tell me without further investigation that I would need a new air conditioner. He then checked out the ac compressor and told me that I would need a new motor and new condenser coils and that the cost to replace these parts would not justify putting the money into an old ac unit. I thought it seemed logical to me not to put thousands into an old ac system. He then gave me an unreasonable price on a new ac. I told him I would call other companies to compare pricing. Well, I had three additional companies come out to provide me quotes on a new unit. Not one company took the time to investigate why my ac was blowing hot air. Their only intention was to sell me a new system.

Well, the last and final company I scheduled to come out in late afternoon was Vital A/C Solutions. In walked Warley the owner, who turns out to be a kind, friendly and compassionate man. I told Warley what the original ac repair tech advised. Warley went right over to the outside ac electrical panel and flipped the switch and immediately the condenser went on. He noticed there was a dead lizard caught in the electrical panel that must have tripped the system. Although, the condenser came on, the fan was not spinning . He then tested the capacitor and found out it was bad. He replaced it and now the condenser is working just fine. My house is now cool and we are no longer sweating in this 90 plus degree weather. We did discuss pricing on a new ac, should the need arise in the future and Warley provided me with the lowest pricing out of five companies. Bottom line, trust all of your air conditioning needs to Warley, Vital AC Solutions. He is the very best and an honest, good man! Thanks Warley for everything!
